Yeah, they later retconned this story to explain Hal was acting out of character b/c he was possessed by the orange Cheetos entity. The entity made him covet all the universe's puffed cheese snacks. Only his eating hand and head show evidence of the entity.

Very rare figure.

They're interesting but I highly doubt they're worth anything. Except Cheetos Hal Jordan, he is worth $2000.00
