Red Hood is a Joke. Mattel has a bunch of rocks thinking for them.

BTW, that Superman cannot be completed as he is missing his ab crunch.

[QUOTE=Mastersteef;402402]Was dinking around on ebay and stumbled upon several auctions from overseas sellers for the Wave 2 & 3 of the DC Unlimited line. Here's some pics for those who are interested.....
![]() DC Injustice: The Joker (ehh...could have looked better, but I'll reserve final judgement until I see this figure in person) .....wait, since when does the Joker wear a mustache?! and what in gotham's name is he wearing?! DC Injustice: Superman (Wish Supes had an ab-crunch, and the costume is iffy...but I'll get it) .....bluuaaaaaaarrggggghhhh.......there goes my breakfast ![]() Actually, she does look different! Hair, head, cosutme....except articulation, that has remained the same. Quote:
Aquaman's head looks too small.
Wonder Woman looks like she is a hooker. The Injustice figures look down right ugly. What the hell is Joker even wearing? He looks like that ugly garb Ron wore in the fourth Harry Potter movie during the dance. And SUperman looks nothing like that in the game.

PLEASE give us an Indigo-1 now Matty! With Saint Walker now added, I'm so damn close to having a full team of the lantern leaders here I can taste it....

Today's Hauls:
Penguin - He is pretty awesome outside of the random yellow that suddenly appears on his shirt. I just don't understand why it is there. I know it was there on the Super Powers version, but I never liked it then either. However, I must admit I find it ironic the holes on his feet are too big to allow him to be placed on a Super Powers stand. ![]() Batgirl - This figure is awesome. She actually looks like a girl. Her arms are not twigs, and because her arms are proportionate to her body, her legs do not look like they are really long. Plus, I like the new head on her. My only complaints would be that they got rid of the waist swivel, the ab crunch, and her bicep swivels are gone. Oh, and she has absolutely no accessories whatsoever. I don't care what your feelings are on the New 52, this is the Batgirl figure is a must own if you want a Batgirl that does not suck in figure form. Batman - I haven't spent too much time with him, but everything seems pretty solid here. I think the metallic shine really brings out his costume more. His joints are nice and tight and I do dig the new cape. In fact, until the TDKR batman comes out, right now, this is my second favorite Batman toy Mattel has ever done (#1 still goes to the Neal Adams one). Like Batgirl though, he has no accessories. I am really sick of Mattel cheapening out on these figures just because it is DC. They got rid of the CnC pieces, which is fine, but they really need to start including more with them to make up for the lack of the pieces. There is no reason neither Batman and Batgirl should not have come with at least a batarang and a bat claw.

I am now assuming that the midwest is now starting to see the new BATMAN figures??

im all for custom figures. but when your getting one from the factory that is that nice. it seems kinda pointless to spend so much on a custom. no ofense though its just my opinion.your huntress still looks killer.

Mine was thought of way before this was announced. Its total coincidence that she has the same outfit as mine. Figured they would go a different route with her outfit showing a Cross as she has quit a few outfits to choose from.

So after waiting this long for a DCUC Red Hood, they finally announce one and they chose THAT costume?! Ugh. You've got to be kidding me.
I know there are people out there who like that version, so that's awesome for them, but seriously... surely the Under the Red Hood/New 52 version was the most requested? Maybe DCC will come through for me... someday... |

I was in Target earlier and they had new DCUC (or whatever they're called now) 2 Batman, 2 Superman, 2 Penguin, 2 Flash, and 1 Hawkman. Going back for either Batman or Superman. Not sure which I like more. They were all cool (not a fan of the yellow lines on Flash though) but I can only get one for now.
Quick question has anyone tried a headswap with the classic Supes and New 52 Supes? Not really a fan of the new head and both the ones at Target had some black smear on them (or could have been a glare I couldn't tell). |
