Did Bane actually become a Sinestro Corps member at some point? I don't seem to recall that happening (but I haven't read any DC comics since DCnU started, so I could have easily missed it).

Hey, it works. He put plenty of fear into the Bat-Family during his debut. And spread quite a lot in TDKR. Sadly, the kind of fear he spread in B&R would have gotten him kicked out of the Corps.

Sinestro Corps sort of turned helpful and flew off to police the uncharted sectors.

No, I just mean they are going to do DC Figuarts off of anything DC, comic or movies.

How many Marvel ones have there been so far? Iron Man is all that comes to mind right now. The import stuff seems to heavily focus on the movie properties (Avengers, Iron Man, Dark Knight, etc). Is that just a licensing issue or do the companies prefer to make stuff based on recent movies?

I'd have to assume that licensing issues are always a factor, but I would guess that the main reason they chose to go with movie figures is due to the more recent and widespread exposure. Even non-comic fans might pick them up, whereas the comic-based version may not.

If any one is interested, yesterday i was at the seasonal section of the Target in Midtown/Miami and spotted BatmanKR, Batgirl (gold & black) and Planet X bats on clearance for like 12 bucks. If anyone is still looking for any of these i could be of some help.

That's what I would think. More likely to sell, especially overseas.

I have to admit I am officially disappointed. The Captain Marvel Jr is a polished Turd. I was really expecting something more or at least with a better appearance thanks for ruining a good characters

Yeah, I'm very underwhelmed. IT doesn't help that mine has a loose lower right arm so I cannot display him without his arm being limped down unless I have his shoulder raised in the air for the arm to fall back on.

the Worst part is that of the Shazam! Family Figures Mary Batson is the best. Captains (2 pack and Wave 6) bolt is too thin, Black Adams (2 pack and Wave 9) is too big, Freddy Freeman had no definition in the bolt. Mattel LAME

BTW, the DC FIguarts are the Injustice ones. Can't say I am too pleased, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised since DC seems to be pimping these out to everyone.

Been a loooooooong time since I posted in this thread. Finally got a new computer so I was able to access my customs pics from last year. There's more in my customs thread. Cheers!

It's a bit of a long and confusing story but basically in the 90s the "Matrix" Supergirl literally merged bodies with a dying human girl, Linda Danvers (she had shorter brunette hair)to save her life. For a while she would shapeshift (one of Matrix's abilities) between her Linda persona and Supergirl. Eventually Matrix ascended to become an Earth Angel (don't ask). That left Linda with some of Supergirl's powers. So linda changed the look of the costume and started wearing a blonde wig while flying around as Supergirl.

Oh and I did a Matrix Supergirl custom too. She's in my thread.

RAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh happy day!! I have no need for the 2014 sub.

Batzaroo? Really?? Who the... -_- Whatever!

The 2014 line up looks meh. Don't care about 90s Aquaman. Don't care about Connor Kent. Ice is cool, but not worth getting a sub over unless the sub hits Tier 2 before it ends, but even then, I can just get Doomsday on the secondary market.
