The comics are god damn awesome. It's a shame I lost track of them, last issue I read was possibly #5. One of my favorite series within the past few years. Crossing fingers Mezco makes a highly articulated 6" line!

You could always grab the trade!

I think I'm just going to make my own custom Kick-Ass with Joe pieces. Storm Shadow's usual balaclava'd head would be fine (going for the comic look as I don't dig the movie mouthhole though I understand its importance from a practical point of view).

Sorry for the johnny-come-lately-ness.

I sadly never could find anything besides issue one of the comics, but I just saw the film this past Sunday. I must say that I had one major hripe, and that is that I didn't see it sooner.

As for the toys, yeah, the sculpts are nice, but the poses just seem off. I would rather attempt saving $100+ for Hot Toys figures.

Just got back from seeing the movie. Gee whiz, I got trolled hard. Should've just bought the trade with that movie-ticket money.
