Walmart got a deal to get wave 18 before anyone else; Target got a deal to get wave 19 before anyone else. But neither are store "exclusives." Every place that deals with DCUC can/did/will/could get both waves. The only exclusives going on right now are Walmart's Crime Syndicate pack, KMart's Batman with Batmite, and Toys R Us has two exclusive 2packs (and is scheduled to get more next year).

Yeah there will no longer be store exclusive waves. Just early release.

That's what I heard but it's too early to tell Target has the first release of wave then it's going to be distributed at other retailers. Though that's was supposed to be the case for wave # 18 and Wally World seems to be the only place that has them in my area.

Stargirl seems to be hard to get im my area but I had trouble getting Captain Boomerange at Wal Mart in Newburgh. I walked in Saturday afternoon as saw him. Hosnestly they should only do Mega pack deals 2+ and set both stores to carry all waves at the sametime. The I wouldn't have to drive all over 3 counties (4 saturday) looking for 6 figures (7 with C&C).

Just to throw a Question out there I divided the figures into Heroes/Villains but Im stuck Black Adam, Carol Ferris, Bronze Tiger, and Riddler (Hero or Villains in the comics they are both)

If it helps Black Adam is a hero (he is on my JSA shelf), Riddler is a villian. Carol is just with all other lanterns. I dont have tiger yet

I love reformed hero characters. I think Bronze Tiger was under some sort of outside control when he was a baddy, so I believe he is the only clear cut hero on your list.

I'd expect you will find your hero shelf outweighing your villain shelf so I would throw the rest of the gang over onto the villain side, but there are sound arguments against any of these characters being classified as such.

Maybe build a third middle shelf?

the riddler is just annoying enough to be a villain. Mischief is a kind of villainy

Black Adam and Riddler as villains. Iffy on the other two. . .I'd go hero with Bronze Tiger and "you need a separate shelf for lanterns" with Carol.

Carol Ferris as she is currently, and as her toy directly reflects (Given she has a ring) is not a villain. The Sapphire Corps may or may not be an ally to the GLC, but they're definatly not villains.
