Red hood is one of my favorit characters even though I don't care much for DC.

I might have actually bought him if he wasn't a custom.

Good on ya for the custom though.

He is also one of my Favorite Characters and I have been waiting for DC Direct or DC Universe to make him but its bees 3 years and I have seen nothing so I had a Custom made and I believe he came out perfect.

I would've even been happy with the original, but by the time I got into DCUC all I'd see are twenty versions of him wearing blue and green suits. I'm very happy he got an update though. Maybe I'll pick him up this weekend.

Normally anytime i walk into a Walmart all I find is regret.
Reminds me of the day I was out of town picking up meat from a butcher (I hunted a boar in-case you're wondering) stopped at a random comic shop I spotted out of nowhere walked in and the only Batman figure they had was a MOC arkham Asylum Harley Quinn series 1 for 22$ with tax. I couldn't believe it that figure is worth over 50$ easy online and impossible to find

My BAF Bane arrived today. He is not as big as I thought he would be. So I wonder which should be in my Batman Collection.

They're both nice, but the BaF one is a little better in my opinion. It is a good size without being too out of scale.

I have to agree. Bane is a big guy but he just gets bigger, and bigger, and bigger. The C&C one, to me, works perfectly.

No worries, he was totally worth it.

Hell yes. Its a well-made figure and I think the people that designed it probably realized that the previous incarnations were a little out of whack.

Yeah, that's definately one thing that annoys me about Bane. Artists and writers consistantly forget he is only human after all. I'll accept suspension of disbelief for his bulked up "on venom" mode. But without it, he's a big dude, but he's still within realistic proportions.
It doesn't bother me when characters like Doomsday, Hulk, and Juggernaut eventually become larger than life. But Bane is different.
I like the C&C figure... it's too large, but it's within acceptible boundaries to me. He's either going to be the size of Batman or Superman, or he's going to be too big. Those are sadly the only too choices Mattel has to offer. But at least they kept him on the smaller end of the BaF.

You did a great job of summarizing it, I couldn't have said it better myself.

Other than his goofy split-legged stance, I prefer the DC Superheroes figure. The attached photo shows the scale, but this was the camo pants variant. There is a black pants version, and the figure comes with an Osito teddy bear.

(photo googled from itsalltrue.net)

Attached is a picture of the black pants version MOSC w/ Osito. Also attached is a photo of the (awful) camo pants version with DCSH Batman, showing what I would assume is at the most believable/realistic scale of the three for display with a 6' Batman.

Am I the only one that likes the DCSH black pants version better than the DCUC & DCD versions?
