Absolutely amazing photos!! Did you rig the diorama with lighting, or is it added in post?

Thanks!

I blasted light at the buildings / figs, there is a light inside the building with the steps for that part. Light behind doors so it spills out onto street. The signs were brightened in post to look lit up tho.

Oh, the lighting is very nicely done then!! The lighting is so good that with the signs, they look like they are backlit.

Oh yeah, the entire backdrop is all cardboard. Everything from Extreme-Sets.com is.

In the full gallery here : https://news.toyark.com/2019/07/08/s...gallery-351245

- there are shots of the BG in normal lighting, no artistic manipulation. The stuff with the colors is manipulated, meant to be artsy. I try to show it both ways, as I buy this type of stuff specifically because I know it can be manipulated well. Others buy it because they want it to look good in a collection room with normal lighting. Both are legit ways to look at it IMO.

I have repeatedly suggested that they take their long strips of cardboard and turn them vertical to make skyscrapers for characters like Spiderman to hang off of.

Funny you say that, as they dropped 2 different 1/18 scale sets this round:

A smaller version of the Building 3.0, and a 1/18 Deranged Alley, which IMO is one of their best sets.

https://extreme-sets.com/collections...ection-wave-07 (1/18 is marked)

I started shooting the 1/18 stuff already too...

Wow. This set gives the NECA diorama a run for the money, and is just cardboard! Sweet jeebus!

Dropped a look at the Sewer 2.0. I used this in the Mattel Killer Croc shoot also, but this is a look at the set in particular.
