Too bad these things are too frakkin' hard to find when they're actually at retail... I'm really excited for Booster Gold and Blue Beetle in the other wave.

This series from wave 2 on up has been hard to find at retail. I hope these are easier to find next year, especially with this wave in particular being awesome with great character selection.

I haven't seen a single figure past wave 2 at any retail store. This latest wave looks really good though.

I think I want Hawkman/Woman, just to break up my DC shelf. Plus the sculpts look so damn good, especially around their wings. Short of Impulsecreations getting them in though, I bet I'm screwed.

The Target nearest me has had one single Red Tornado, and only one, for about a month now. Maybe even longer.

Sad.

I don't think I've seen a full set of these anywhere either.... I got my GL, so that's all good, but completing a build-a-figure with these is going to be a nightmare!

I love that they actually pulled off Gentleman Ghost and just might pick him up. I really haven't decided what DC stuff I'll continue to collect though. Not seeing most of them in person doesn't help.

Same here. I will definitely pick up GG if I see him. Though, I haven't seen any of the new ones since wave 2 in my area, and everyone seems to be restocking wave 1. I'll keep my eyes peeled anyway.

I love this line but I'm really not into all of the DC characters. I'm just trying to collect the figures of the main characters that were part of the Justice League, Superfriends, and the Legion of Doom. I also like the main Batman villains.

As far as Wave 8 is concerned I think I really only want Hawkgirl and Giganta. I think it's going to be really hard for me to be able to build her because I will only have one piece with Hawkgirl. I have some parts from other BAF's to trade so hopefully I wont have to go the ebay route.

As far as Wave 2 is concerned I don't have any of the figures from that wave. I started collecting this line when Wave 3 was released with Nightwing. I heard that a revision of Wave 2 is coming out again sometime this month so Hopefully I can pick up Aquaman (classic outfit), Black Manta, and Harley Quinn. I also want to build the Gorilla Grodd figure so once again I will need to trade for the extra parts.

Hey, if I can find Gentleman Ghost, I'll give you the Giganta piece. I have no plans on doing the BAF, so it's useless to me.

And I'd love to find a Harley Quinn figure. Maybe the revision will have a better case ratio for her.

Thanks for the offer trebleshot. It's been pretty hard hunting down these figures here in NYC. I know they are pretty scarce as it is, but being in one of the most populated places on earth doesn't help the situation any. It's like that with all of the most wanted toys here.

Right now I'm also hoping to find a Wave 5 Walmart exclusive Riddler. We don't have any Walmarts in the NYC limits, so I have to go the ones that are out on Long Island. I have yet to see these Wave 5 figures anywhere. Most of the Walmarts don't even carry the line in the first place, so I'm hopping they might start to carry them with the release of these exclusives.

I am starting to grow a list a of BAF parts now. All my incomplete BAF figures are sitting on my shelf looking like something out of the Thriller video, missing various limbs.

I know what you mean. I had a rough time when I was still collecting the Marvel Legends BAFs. In fact, the only one that I'm even mildly interested in is that Hulk series with Fin Fang Foom. I'd love to have him, but I've never seen She-Hulk, so no way would I be able to complete the set.

Oh, and no problem Nightwing. I'll hit you with a PM when and if I find him.

I actually saw a She-Hulk the other night from that series. I believe she came with Fin Fang Foom's head and neck. The only problem is that I can't remember where I saw the figure at.

I've seen figures from Wave 1 and 3 around my area
Besides Wave 3 and the Wal-mart exclusive wave, I'm gonna stop trying to collect every figure in a wave and just get the ones I want

There's very few of the DC Collect & Connect figures I've wanted to complete, but looking at this wave again, Giganta is tempting just because she looks hot, LOL.

The choice to include Mr. Terrific is just, well, terrific IMO. I've been continuing to follow the JSA comic for some time now, and he's definitely one of the characters I've enjoyed in the series, so a figure of him is more than welcome too. He'll probably end up on my short list of characters to get.

I actually saw all of the wave that has Cyborg in it (can never recall wave numbers) at my local KB Toys today. I was shocked since KB never has anything but they actually had all 5 figures.... of course all I wanted was Cyborg. Didn't see them anywhere else.

Really nice lineup, but I believe that the chase figure for Mr. Miracle is Dr. Impossable, who is a dark colored miracle.
