If anyone can help out this Canuck with a Joker, Beast Boy, and a Power Girl, I would be most grateful. Pm me if you can help me out please! I'm also looking for older figs, such as Green Arrow, Black Canary, short-haired Arthur Curry, Harley Quinn, Starfire, Nightwing to name a few.

Can anyone comfirm that wave 10 will be offered online through Wal - Mart or Mattel. Still nothing in area and I am sick of dealing with some rude Wal - Mart staff.

I know what u mean by rude walmart staff I live in parkersburg wv and they only have wave 7 that's it I have called 12 walmarts in my area and none of them have wave 10 and half the time I have to wait 15 to 20 minutes before I speak to anyone I don't understand why walmart doesn't get new waves in they sell faster than any toy that they carry!

Also if anyone gets their hands on a extra joker, power girl, and batman I'm willing to pay good money because I don't think my two walmarts here will have the intelligence to carry wave 10. thanks u.

I live in parkersburg wv and have not seen wave 10 yet but all my walmarts have are captain cold aqua man that's it!

I feel your pain, I called a Wal - Mart in my area and the woman who answered in the toy dept., and this is verbratum of what happened, said I do not know what those are and hung up the phone. Another time, a different person said we have the same ones we always have and then hung up. I thought to myself O.K. I am of those annoying collectors who bugs staff members to check the stockroom but I am also a paying customer who's money helps pay for these people to feed their families. A little respect please. Anyway, out of the 5 stores I check on semi - daily basis, only 1 of them is nice enough to say they do not have any at this time they have a significant order pending and they do not know when they will come in but keep checking everyday.

I currently have my comic shop guy who has a friend that is the toy department manager at ones of the walmarts in columbus who is keeping an eye out for me if he gets extras I willing give u his # if we work together we can put allot of these eBay scalpers out of commission I don't know about u guys but I have my family I support and can't afford crazy prices!

I think what happened in oh was a fluke because I havnt seen any on eBay I heard they were not coming out till mid fall. Toy fare even said 2010.

Jokerfan, I am in the same boat, famiily expenses always come first. There were a couple of wave 10 figures on EBAY early last week at $50.00 a piece when I checked. If you or anyone else can get an extra set or at least the ones I really would like to have would be Man - Bat, Joker, and Batman. I would be willing to pay a little extra for anyone's trouble feel to PM me. Sorry no trades too many scammers. If I should happen to get any extras I will post a message really all I would want is full retail and postage cost covered.

If you search "completed auctions" (advanced search) you'll see that last week there were about 3 or 4 sellers netting upwards of $50+ per figure. There was a couple Batmans, I think I saw some guy pay over $100 for a ManBat, I didn't see any Jokers though.

The sellers were located in NJ, Concord, CA and Irvine, CA, which is really close to me but no luck yet with the 7 Walmarts near me.

Jimster2010, if I get extras of the figures u need I will sell them to u at walmart prices plus shiping I believe in collectors carma if I see a figure at a store that's got value and I don't collect that line or already have it I will leave it so someone else will have a fair shake at getting it and carma comes back around and surprises me in a good way.

What I meant was none on EBAY at the present time making one wonder if Mattel is going to pull "another 25% decrease in production" stunt again

I believe that this is a fair assessment. I do not know about the 2010 relase date though, I would say late fall if they are starting trickle in here and there.

Do u think the economy has anything to do with the shortage of wave 8,9 and the possible poor distribution of wave 10 my wife told me that mattel just recently had a recall because of lead paint but I don't think it was the dcuc line

That happened about a year ago and it really slowed down Dark Knight movie figures shipping but by the end of the summer it was all good.

My local walmart told me that dcuc were available for order so I told the manager to order wave 10 so I will see what happens I'm thinking if walmart keeps to their word we might see allot of these in Dec during Christmas I'm hoping at least.other wise I will have to wait to taxes to be able to afford the prices.

I have been checking in at my wal-marts in southeast missouri and the only thing down here is wave 6. But I did find a listing for wave 10 on the internet at Toywiz.com and the listing shows November.

There are now a few more on eBay, looks like most of them were posted yesterday afternoon. For some reason only a few at a time are being seen, there's no doubt by now that Wave 10 is indeed in the wild. Logic tells me that you guys are probably right in that this wave has also suffered shortages as 9 did.

There's an interview online with an anonymous Mattel Insider that mentions the shortage problem being solved but starting with Wave 11! I'll look it up again and post up the link soon.
