Final Fantasy 8 was my first Final Fantasy ever, and I loved every bit of it, so when I got a proposal from a customer to make this figure back in 2018, I couldn't say no. He was made using an Admiral Thrawn body (Though you can use a Krennic as well) cast head from the Young Justice Superboy with resculpted chin, cheekbones and lips. Part of his hair was made out of flexible procreate for that anime feeling, with the Gunblade donated by the Bandai figure from 1999.
