Pretty self explanatory. I just noticed paints I've been using are enamel and not acrylic. Will they still work on softer plastics? What do I need to do to get them not to be tacky and make sure they dry?

Enamels are good to use near joints to help hold the acrylic paint on better, however alone they'll be too sticky.

Sanding away the rub spots at the joints is highly recomended too. If you have access to Future Floor Polish, paint a thin coat of this over your figure before and after you paint it and you will have nice dry paint and almost no joint rub. Prep is 90% of painting, sad but true. |

Any suggestions on painting figures accessories? That's what I'm trying to do. I'm not painting any figures themselves. I'm not that brave.
