Modded the following::

* biker chain (made it to a real metal chain)
* face (took off 2 tattoos around the eyes, looks cleaner)
* shoes (from plain white sneaker to black converse)

added a custom Flame patch on his jacket

moved the 3 flame patch to his chest cause i was restricting arm movement when i put it on his arm
