Pretty much looks like one of those Creatureplica Sasquatches with new hands, feet and a head

Not quite the style I wanted this to be in. I'm a huge fan of the Jim Lee style Beast (if that's even what this is), but he looks a little to Sasquatch-y for my taste.

Edit:

What the heck... his headsculpt looks like Michael Jackson from Thriller IMO. Every other Beast fig we got were great too... the older Toybiz Legends Beasts look great and hold up well... 3.75" Showdown Beast was near perfect and MU Beast was perfect except for lack of extra articulation.

Well you see there's a very simple reason for that. It was sculpted by jean st. Jean. The very same guy that made creatureplica.

I like it. No he's not perfect but he'll be a nice addition.

Yuck. I hate being negative when it comes to toys, but that face sculpt sucks. I’ll keep my ToyBiz Beast until Hasbro releases a new one.

I dig it.

Just a thought for those unhappy with the head sculpt...I wonder if the Toy Biz ML Beast head would fit on this figure? That figure’s head was always a little oversized to me.

Not feeling the headsculpt, but there's always a (slim)chance that he comes with an extra sculpt. On a positive, I'm glad to see Select continuing the Danger Room base with the X-men figs.

I guess he'd be an okay placeholder a 90's X-Men Legends setup if you fudge the scale a tiny bit.

I don't understand why are they going with this ugly hip articulation. It looks terrible and it doesn't provide much range. It's even worst when they have it on agile characters.
