Darth Malgus on shelf at Target

Almost like seeing unicorn, I saw a Darth Malgus vintage collection action figure on a peg at Target near Salt Lake City. I was fortunate enough to get them through Hasbro Toy Shop way back when (so I didnt buy iit) but was surprised to see it re-released (I never saw it on a peg before).
