Not anywhere near as good as their Kirk...or even their Spock. Too bad. Bones is a favorite.

Did someone put Bones in the microwave? Kinda disappointing after getting perhaps the best sculpted Spock and far and away the best sculpted Kirk ever.

There's something scary about that sculpt. Brrr.
Dr. McCoy is my favorite Trek character, and I was waiting on this to consider getting in on the QMX line. Guess I'm out. Hope the Mezco version is better. |

LOL.
Seriously, he looks so...weird, like his face is melting. I know "Bones" McCoy was a craggly-looking dude with baggy eyes, but they went way the hell overboard with it for this figure. He looks like fucking Clayface from Batman now. I'm also seeing a little Karl Urban in the sculpt as well...again, it's just weird. Quote:

It seems anyone can do a decent Spock, however. His exaggerated features make it almost easy. Last edited by Dolemite; 01-18-2017 at 11:04 AM.. |

Still waiting for Mezco to announce more crew members. I'm a little tired of Spock variants, as beautiful as they are.

Not terrible, but I think I'll wait to see how the, hopefully inevitable, Mezco version turns out. Either way I'm never going to get the whole crew, but the smaller scale is preferable.
I also kinda want to see what varations Mezco does. The only one I can really think of is the short sleeved scrubs-like uniform he wore, but who knows how obscure they might be willing to go. Also, I'm going to have to look back through some TOS episodes. I'm probably just forgetting it, or I've never noticed it before, but I don't recall Bones ever wearing a gold pinky ring...

Bones did wear a ring quite a bit but it wasn't a pinky ring.
