Vegeta is a must - I've always liked the Boo design, so this'll be great to have.
Goku is tempting... I'll probably replace my "Saiyan Raised on Earth" version, since I like these colors better and depending on the accessories this one comes with.
Piccolo is the least tempting since I just got the anime colors version; but he's also my favorite character, so I might double-dip, lol. I like the smirking face, and as long as the green is consistent between figs it'll make for easy swaps.

Not sure why they didn't use the word super more times. But these sure look super to me. I am sure the new movie will be super duper. The new character reveals were also super.

Doing a side-by-side, there are quite a few more differences between the Piccolos than I initially thought:

New torso with a lower collar, sleeve pieces, new arms, baggy pant legs, no color patches on his shins, and rounded shoes. Cool how much they've redone in order to more closely match the Super Hero model.

The head expression also looks miles better than any of the first Piccolo's, imo. Eye spacing, slimmer jaw, mouth especially (no weird lips), etc. Tempting fig almost for that alone.

I ran all that when i got back, and yes x all points. It's very close, but much better refined.

He's also using the manga yellow instead of anime pink, and the patches are switched around on his forearms.

I prefer the Z-isms of the first release like the pants tapering towards the ankles, higher collar, and especially the pointy shoes, but I'm still so fixated on that new head, lmao. Really looking forward to how it turns out in-hand.

Also curious which accessories it'll share with the first version (no need for an arm stump this time around?) and what new ones it'll have. Given that the upcoming Krillin's getting a Kienzan blast effect, gotta wonder what our chances are of a Makankosappo part for Piccolo.

Yeah, that's my logic towards the new release not having the arm stump. True enough, simple enough. I'll hold out hope that the makankosappo being Piccolo's most famous move means it'll show up in the movie, and in turn make an appearance as an accessory here.

I hadn't really thought about it before, but I guess you're right! Of all these figs' newly sculpted parts, I personally want to see the alt faces for Goku the most. Curious how any relaxed expressions will compare to the "A Saiyan Raised On Earth" version's.

The figures definitely look a lot more vibrant and look more like from the manga. They would look a little but wonky next to my other figuarts.

I hadn't seen that Gohan design yet, adult Gohan in the Piccolo style clothes looks pretty cool.

But so far it's just different versions of the same characters I don't need so I'm passing. Maybe the alien dudes (which aren't going up for pre-order?) because their design is cool, but not much else I'm interested in when it comes to coverage for this movie.

Its what he is wearing currently in the manga so probably why they went for that look.
I feel you, but I like the way all these look, Goku and Piccolo look to be a lot better than previous iterations.
Most important though I always thought that the previously released Gohan figures were off (his hairline was placed too high). This one looks perfect. Lets just hope he comes out the factory as close to the promo pics as possible.

That Vegeta looks like he can slot nicely in as a Buu Saga Vegeta and that Gohan can work well for a Movie 10 Gohan.

They are small 1/12 scale, roughly 6 inches. I have them listed on front page system as 5 inches, but they aren't. Need to fix that.

So expect to probably see separate SSJ form releases for Gohan and Vegeta. They might pull out a Vegito by kitbashing Goku and Vegeta's parts.

They are 5 to 6 inches. They tend to be shorter then a Marvel Legends figure.

Why would they release Vegito from a kitbash? They already have a new Vegito out and unless he's in the movie (doubtful, as these two enemies look weak as fuck and nobody even has a SSJ head), they aren't making him.

These are specifically a movie line.
