Most likely, blue/red/gold will come later so as to avoid a situation where all the different toymakers are releasing the same character / same costume at the same time.

I'm still waiting for a cinematic version of Mar-Vell, but given the lack of evidence of any appearance in the upcoming movie, I guess I'd better not hold my breath.
