Ravage is from the second wave of Titans Return Legends figures. The data pad mode is meant to fit in Soundwaves' chest. Transformation between all three modes is relatively easy, although I found going from Jaguar to data pad mode a bit of a pain, as limbs have a habit of bumping into each other. If you're buying Soundwave, it makes sense to get Ravage.
