I just got in the Ranger collecting game, only to complete the original team. Is there any news on when Jason’s Red suit will be available as a single figure? I’m still going to hunt that 2-pack at a decent price (3x overvalued right now), but don’t want to pull the trigger if a singles release is right around the corner.

I saw a rumor last week that said the MMPR Red Ranger would be in the next wave. I have no idea if it’ll come with the dragon shield though. My assumption when I saw the rumor was that it would come without the shield as a standard ranger.

So far the Dragon Shield versions of Rangers have all been exclusives, so I'd say it's a safe bet that the Single release will be the standard version.

What's hard to say is what unmasked head it'll come with, Jason or Rocky?

I'd imagine it would be Jason, since Trini is also rumored to be in the same wave...

The rumored list that I saw was:

• Mighty Morphin Red Ranger
• Dino Charge Gold Ranger
• Beast Morphers Blue Ranger
• Lord Drakkon

I'd say the single release of the Red Ranger will be Jason since the Pink Ranger was Kimberly. Plus, heads for Kat, Rocky, Adam, and Aisha would be released with the Zeo Rangers.

I would honestly be surprised if both figures from the SDCC set weren't released as singles later in the line, albeit with some changes.
