Cleaning clear blue plastic?

So, I finally got a variant wraith figure and was wondering if there's anyway to clean the plastic.

It was one of those, HK not fit for production models, but it still looks great and came with an additional clear head, which looks great.

I'm also posting this here because there's bound to be some MU in the future that will need to be cleaned, like Strange and Night Crawler's variants.

Any help would be appreciated.
