Before anyone says anything, yes, it is supposed to say BOAGO. Because it's Buy One Almost Get One Free. It's Buy One and Get the Second One for 1$. ANYWAYS, this is mainly a thread for Canadians because I'm sure the Americans really don't care. And the point of this thread here is to make sure if it's true or not. Any confirmations?

It was on their site. It's just the stores themselves have some pretty stupid employees sometimes and if you mention the sale they might give you a "Huh? What? Marvel Universe? What?" expression and might think there isn't a sale. Canadians stores (from what I've seen) are pretty... inconsistent sometimes.

This TRU sale "buy one get one for $1" applies only to 3.75" figures ($9.99) - hence applies only to MU, Cap, Thor, Spidey, IM, GIJoe, SW.

Ive been to about 5 TRUs in my area and the selection at all of them suck ass big time.

None of them have any MU, seriously, Thor is completely wave 1 junk, IM peg warmers, only a few Spidey figs, and GiJoe are all the same peg warmers limited to about 8 different figs.

The sale started about 2 weeks ago, however, the selection from day 1 was completely crap to begin with. Great sale, but you would be pressed to find anything decent, seriously.

Sucking living in Canada some times. It is getting increasingly hard to collect. Unless I want to collect WWE or UFC, but F that.

Somehow I missed the Canada part of this thread, I went into a TRU Express and had an arm full of figs and asked the guy to check for the sale and he looked at me like I was lying instead of misinformed. I felt bad until I found Yellowjacket at Wally World
