Looks like he's got a lot of burrowed parts from Remake Cloud.

They do have basically the same design. I'm still glad they made him since he's my favorite character from the game

Unfortunately, for those of us that would like to display Zack along with the PAK FFVII Remake Cloud, Play Arts' scale is whack—no surprise there. Zack is supposed to be taller than Cloud, not shorter...:/
