Have a figure that looks like the Spiderman 2099 character, except it's a woman. Figure is from Toy Biz and I think it said 1999 (little hard to read if it's a 9 at end or 5 or something else). Also, figure is about five inches tall.

Any ideas what it is? Line? Info appreciated!

Did it look like the picture I've attached? If so, then its a pre-Legends Toybiz figure of May Parker (Spider-Man's daughter from an alternate dimension). It was released in 1999 as you pointed out. I remember seeing these exclusively in comic shops, but they eventually made their way into K.B.'s due to the franchise's tendency of buying merchandise from closeout sales.

I don't know if this is what you mean, but it sounded sort of like this....

That doesn't look anything like the 2099 costume...

No. Sorry, that's not it. She really resembles the Spiderman 2099 (except black and red; same type of design though) costume. Once I'm home, I can post a picture.

Thanks for the effort though!

Yeah, I know. I thought there may have been some confusion in the original post over 2099 Spider-Man. Guess not....

No sweat on the effort. Do you have a pic?

Whoops, just read the last bit about not being home...bad habit of glancing at things in a cursory fashion. Yeah a pic might help. The only female figs I've seen come up in a search for Toybiz and the year in question are Stinger, American Dream, Wild Thing, and Spider-Girl.
