FYI. It's not a figure, this will be a statue. I don't think they do figure outside of PVC figurines.

No idea about the game (I've barely heard of it) but, this looks pretty cool...kind of reminds me of an 80s action hero.

you never heard of Just cause? its like the definitive Sandbox game, you can do about anything in that game.
