Yamato is going to make a toy off of a design that barely gets any love, and is one that I've been personally anticipating! Click here to check out the 1/60 VF-1A TV Max Type!

THAT guy got PWND so many times in the series! Yamato mineswell man, that's all that is needed to complete Vermillion team.

I am so stoked that Yamato is making this valkyrie! TV Max type WINS. Memorable scenes. Iconic poses. Everyone's jaws dropped when Max first showed off his skills during his first episode. What did he fly? TV Max type. I am glad that the toy companies are no longer neglecting this design. I hope the shoulder hinges are addressed by the time this toy hits stores.

You know what I always thought would be really cool? Given that Kaki was assigned green as his color in DYRL, a 'retcon' kakizaki TV green VF-1A. Same pattern as TV max and normal kaki, but green. So basically a tiny bit different from the alaska guard.

Hmm you know that would work. I can also see Yamato making a new low viz, based on the midnight blue valks seen on the ARMD-1 carriers in the first episodes. More lowviz than their lowviz 2.0!

Oh man....I'm probably going to pre-order the 1A Max type. That, the Hikaru 1J, and the 1D are the ones I want.

The link doesn't work. Man if this is true then I'm gonna be a little pissed off. I dropped a bunch of money on the exclusive 1/48 Max TV 1A from macross chronicles. If I had known about this then I would passed on the chronicles one. Oh well.

Oh and I bought a custom TV 1/48 kakizaki too.
