Not a huge amount of interest here but then again I've never been a huge follower of Marvel's cosmic characters. I don't supposed it would be too much to hope that one of the remaining figures is Quasar somehow though? Even if he's not in the movie? I'd get him just for another Classic Avengers Legends.

Will still try to pick up Gamora though, although I'm sure she'll be the shortcased one.

I want Rocket and Grout, the rest I'll get but not anxious for.

I really like that Starlord has a long coat and not just the jacket. It could be a great custom body. BUT I could also see a jacket being used for a lot of things.

From the sounds of it, he would. Problem is, you're going to have to by all the other figures to build him.

I'm not impressed at all by this set. Then again, I'm not a huge fan of movie adaptations for Marvel Legends in general. I've purchased a few here and there (Jessica Alba-Invisible woman and her cool variants, those Doombots, Avengers Hulk, and I'll get that upcoming Black Widow, Cap, and Winter Soldier to complete a couple of Mandroids), but I normally prefer the comic versions for figures.

I mentioned this with the TRU X-men set, but it sort of grinds me a bit that Hasbro's effort and money were thrown at this line and the new X-set while the Jubilee line has been ignored and all but forgotten. I guess, this Guardians line was to be expected considering that marketing along with the upcoming movie is a given. I just find it more than frustrating that the Jubilee wave was very well received by fans with many of us looking forward to it retailing, but its nowhere to be found. The Jubilee line was featured at Comicons from San Diego to New York along with the Iron Man 3 Legends, Wolverine Legends, and Cap + Spiderman 2 Infinite legends lines.

I just cannot see myself purchasing the Guardians line or X-men set, which isn't that hard of a choice given that the pics I've seen of these latest entries don't hold a candle to what was shown of the Jubilee line. Maybe, Hasbro's intention is release the Jubilee wave later this year, but until they do or don't....I need exercise my right to speak with my wallet by not supporting these less than stellar "replacement" lines.

If it's going to be a two wave series, and there are going to be a few, hate the term, 'swaps', but that's another story. Does anyone have the inside track on other character appearances in the film? Would we possibly be getting a Thanos or a Ronan in the second wave? I don't know how the Starlord teaser from SDCC 2013 slipped my mind earlier but that would seem like a lock as well...

If these sell, I guarantee you they will revisit these characters in comic form. Rocket and Drax have been released but Star-Lord, Gamora and Groot need comic versions so i bet if you buy these we may get some comic counterparts.

I'm a little mad Drax and RR were released before the characters wore these Mass Effect outfits. Maybe GOTG's comic versions may be SDCC exclusives? or maybe we'll get Angela

I'm old. So I'd like this in figure form.

I've seen some really great customs of it made before, and a statue or two I think
