You heard it folks! After waiting for ages, I, Tiberius The Great, has in his possession a MU scaled ARES figure! I got him from a fellow, and great, Arker Omega. He got it from eBay and then sold it to me for the price he bought it at for he can continue his 3A collection! It is surprising that Hasbro hasn't even HINTED at a MU Ares for us God of War worshipers!

This custom isn't an exact replica of the comics but I prefer this one a bit more. I was never a fan of the brown pants in the comics so this custom having black pants just looks better, imo.

He uses the helmet from a Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated figure [cannot remember the figures name]. It seems to be the one and only helmet customizers use to make an Ares. One of my favorite things about this figure is the cotton used for the helmets "mohawk". If you know the correct term, please tell me and I will edit this! Sadly, the helmet is NOT removable, but that is a blessing in disguise because if the figure ever falls, I will NEVER lose his helmet. YES!

He came with a Battle axe, a sword that can be stored on his back, and a machine gun with a small bullet belt. What is nice about this figure is that you can use ANY G.I Joe weapon with him and it would look so natural. I am wanting to maybe get a shield for him, just to be that extra awsome even though I don't remember him ever using one.

Are you jealous? I know some of you are =3.

I must say, this custom is pretty rad. I'm glad it worked out well for you and Omega.

A MU Ares would be cool, but Marvel would need him more active in the universe again.

Nice custom, Tiberius. I think once Hasbro gets that God of Thunder out of their system, they'll have room for other MU gods.

By the way, the "mohawk" is called a horsehair crest. And it looks like the helmet base they used came from the Star Wars Vintage Collection Senate Guard figure.

So very, VERY happy with this guy. Decided that I have waited long enough for MU Ares, so I pulled the trigger and helped out a buddy get some more 3A figures.
