Beautiful figure, and a really nice, atmospheric photo shoot, Joe. Nice work!

The news about the neck peg has me worried, however. If I grab one of these, I think I'll avoid turning the head at all.

I was really surprised at the neck peg snapping. Their Mego figures usually have super strong ball joints there.

Terrific shots. I need this figure. I remember watching this movie late at night during summer vacation in a hotel room in Spokane, WA. Scared the liver out of me.

When you say the plastic that was used to house the electronics for the LED eyes was also used for the neck peg, what exactly do you mean? I'm a little confused.

The main head sculpt is hollow, and it holds the housing for the LED light up eyes. So the housing for the electronics, which is a different plastic than they typically use, also makes up the ball jointed neck peg. I hope that makes sense.

EDIT:
Here's a pic of when it snapped, and you can see what I mean.

Yeah, I totally see what you mean now...the plastic housing was actually cast with a neck peg coming out of the bottom of it. Thanks.

Again, I'm not turning that head!

Dorkside has Blake for $19.99 right now. I might order a second one, just in case mine does break.

Wow. $20 is an absolute steal in my opinion. Brittle neck aside, that's a nice bargain.

I just went to buy it and it was long gone. Must have sold out really quickly. Now they have the Tuxedo Freddy for that price.
