There are a lot of cool themes in there. But the Breaking Bad RV is already fighting a losing battle.

It's cool seeing Catbug and Impossibear in there. Bravest Warrior Mystery Minis probably won't happen, but it's fun to think about. I don't care for the bobblehead Minis, but the standard ones are great and addicting.

And obligatory "12 Days of Christmas begin with Christmas and extend until Epiphany" comment. I don't know how people started believing they precede Christmas. That's Advent. Like the toy calendar certain companies put out.

I've so far been able to avoid the POP vinyl figures, but Voltron, Tetsujin, Futurama....I don't know how I'll be able to resist!

Big Trouble in Little china ReAction! Nice! I really want them as Legacy figures, but I'll take what I can get.

A lot of new and interesting licenses. It's comforting to see another mention of the Legacy Firefly figures. Hopefully the development process for those is going well. Would be great to get a peak at them durring Toy Fair.

As for possible new lines/avenues they could explore, I think vehicles in the ReAction line would be interesting. Though more deluxe/larger figures would also be cool to see. Though after Bruce and the Queen, I'm not sure who they should do.

I really hope the Fallout legacy line doesn't have the same issues as the Game of Thrones line. The Magic line pleased me but they aren't selling for shit in general and only truly cater to fans like myself who play Magic and collect toys, which isn't a very big group apparently.
I would really like them to somehow get a Lord of the Rings legacy wave just so I could get a Sauron.
I would much rather see NECA do Big Trouble in Little China than Funko. NECA already has Kurt Russell's likeness and they also get the likeness down much better on the final figure than Funko has so far. The Hound kind of passes for Rory McCann but still doesn't really look like him, same for just about every other Game of Thrones except for Jaime Lannister, close but not what I'd expect from an adult collectors line.

I'll believe Legacy Rocketeer when I see it, especially after years of Jesse Falcon saying the license was too ridiculously expensive to ever make a Legends-style figure.

I want a Marla figure from Fight Club, but I'm just picturing all the guys having open palms instead of fists. Slap Club!

Hmmm, I wonder which characters will be in wave 3 of the Game of Thrones figures.

As for the Firefly figures, I assume they are going to copy the character line-up of the reaction Firefly figures.

They inevitably will, but I hope they also do the four main characters they didn't do in the ReAction line (Inara, Simon, River, and Shepherd Book).

Just like I'm hoping that their Ster Trek TOS ReAction line-up is more expansive than their Pop vinyl line-up was. The inclusion of the Andorian and Orion Slave Girl were nice, but no McCoy?

Hodor, Hodor, Hodor, Hodor, Hodor, and Hodor. Game of Thrones wave 3 confirmed, you read it here first.

I saw another Rocketeer figure somewhere recently that looked like poo. Would this 'Legacy' series do that character justice?

I think you probably saw the ReAction figure that Funko did. The Legacy figures they're doing are pretty much on-par with the Star Wars black label series of the same scale, so yeah, I would say it'll do the character justice. That said, I disagree that the ReAction version "looked like poo". The ReAction stuff isn't for everyone, but I very much like the idea of these theoretical Kenner-like designed figures.

6 Inch Rocketeer and Firefly figures?

Yes Please (I wonder how many would get a Malcolm Reynolds to try to customize a Castle figure, or Caleb from Buffy)

Speaking of Buffy, can't Funko get the rights to do Legacy Buffy/ Angel figures? Or Supernatural? (6 inch Winchesters mixing it up with other 6 inch lines could be fun,)

I see them releasing them in waves like the GoT figures. I'm predicting that the Firefly wave will follow the order of the Reaction figures, because it seems like something Funko does.

The first wave of GoT Legacy figures was modeled after the first wave of GoT Funko Pop figures. The only difference was the exclusion of Khal Drogo, but he was pushed back to wave 2 of the Legacy line.

Well, I've been trying not to sink money into much Funko stuff, but the ReAction Rocketeer was a big draw for me, and them doing a 6" figure of him is...well, amazing. The Rocketeer is, at best, a cult classic. It doesn't have a gigantic following. I hope the figure looks good!

Wish I could get some of the mystery minis, but there are very few that I'd want the full series of. Game of Thrones I'd just want the dragons. The Sci-fi, I'd want Rocketeer, Robocop, and maybe the Alien. MLP...Rainbow Dash. DON'T JUDGE ME!

Thanks for the input. Turns out the figure I saw was quite old, and a bootleg! So I'm sorry for misdirecting my criticism. You addressed my post very nicely: no type of figure is "for everyone." That said, I'm going to watch these, as they sound like they are "for me!"

Merry Christmas, BTW!
