I just randomly tried to log into Fury Files and instead of getting the typical "Fury Files Program is Over" I actually got logged in!

They haven't added any new waves since it went down, but I'm sure the site will get an overhaul before or after SDCC

Interesting. Maybe I'll have to dig up all the codes I didn't enter and try again.

Hopefully, they'll have some kind of announcement at SDCC about the site, whether it's going to be re-launched as HAMMER or something else, or if they're just going to do away with it altogether.

I've been playing around the with idea of...them taking it away and what it could be replaced with. I'd imagine it costs pennies on the dollar to add this little feature to the line and I don't know what they could replace it with for the same cost.

Even though it is a small and as of lately, unneeded feature I think that it is beneficial for us. All the documents at some point allude to another figure they may be announcing. If only for this information, I still think it adds a lot of fun to the line and gives us collector ample time to day dream about possible figures

Personally, I love all the dossiers, memos and "intercepted" documents. It definitely adds to the toys for the reasons mentioned above. I also like how some of them cross-reference each other as well. It really works to suppliment some of the comic arcs that the figures are based on.

Coming from my childhood collecting GI JOE's I love the whole file card thing. The dossiers are really cool additives as well. As far as the codes, I gotta admit to getting excited when I would get a new MU and have to rush home and enter the code to see what little tidbit it will open. Really miss that, hope they relaunch the whole code site to catch up the Fury Files as well as the HAMMER ones.

Well, I've just returned from Comic Con. Con still has today (Saturday) and Sunday to go. I signed up for Marvel Digital Comics at the Marvel booth expecting to receive the Marvel Fan-Voted (and personally voted) X-Force Exclusive Archangel [see link here], but instead received last year's Nick Fury figure. Which is fantastic. I didn't get Fury at last year's Con (Doh!), and I was expecting to pay $100 if any booth had him (which they did not) when I paid only $9.99 for a one month subscription to Marvel Digital Comics Unlimited! My brother and I were discussing this and believed that they didn't get the X-Force Archangel into production and instead put out the rest of the Fury's that they had and also released him with ANY subscription instead of the most expensive one (like last year). However, I just tried to log in and put his code in, and it did and NOTHING. In fact, I logged the code in again and it said, "This code has already been used." That sucks. I hadn't logged any of my codes in a while, but I've been collecting every figure (save for M-Day Spiderman - which I guess I should pick up only to complete my collection). I picked up an AIM Soldier, Age of Thunder Thor, WW2 Ultimate Cap, The Wrecker, Iron Patriot, Winter Soldier (Bucky) at the Con! On the way home hitting up TRU's we found that those waves were already out! I picked up 3 Iron Spiders to make my Scarlett Spiders and a Skrull Soldier and Mary Jane! Hell Yeah!!! It was nice to see MU Figs everywhere at Con! I didn't pick up Colossus or Kitty Pryde, ($20-$30), but we'll see that wave on shelves soon + they're on Big Bad. I found a regular Havok a month and a half ago in a retail store all by his lonesome. Be on the lookout! Please bring the Fury Files back online! Make it looked hacked by HAMMER, or if you're up with continuitiy, make it look like Steve Roger's took control over it again! But Hasbro, please do something! Or else it's worthless to have the codes at all! Thanks!

Edit: Just realized that X-Force Archangel is debuting at NYCC in October. Oh well!
