Decided to order the Schleich Wolf for SE. He is not full wolf size for a 6" figure so I decided he a wolf puppy SE is raising. Maybe Timber2.

I decided to open up my good Baroness as I think I am going to keep her. She's cool, but I'm worried that having her riding the bike is going to stretch her hands out, rendering her unable to hold her guns. The sculpt is incredible though and I love the snake scaling they did on her outfit. The knife doesn't stay in the holster for crap though. Also, have no idea why they painted the snake hilt gold but didn't bother to paint the blade itself. That seems kind of lame. Articulation is on par with Scarlet and Snake-Eyes and I really have to say I am loving how they have done the waists and necks on these guys. I don't know why, but these figures really feel tighter than Marvel Legends and Power Rangers in terms of quality.

I do remember in the comics...I forgot which one...Timber did give birth to a pup and Snake Eyes was raising the new pup.

Wave 2 is starting to pop up in Walgreens. No sign of the Red Ninjas, but I have seen CC and Gung Ho so far. Start checking the aisles after the resets, and especially through the Holiday toy aisle, as many of the newer figures (including the Legends and Pop Exclusives) are being set up there instead of the normal aisles.

My Walgreens don't even have price tags for GI Joe, so none are even close to showing up at my stores.

A buddy found BeachHead for me- completing the team (for now) He needs his weapons swapped (unless your into solid green) but it otherwise a pretty solid figure of a favorite character- Also added an easy (mostly) kitbash Big Boa to the Cobra forces (ML Rage with a dremelled out Fortnite head and Neca Clubber Lang gloves)

That Beachhead image looks like a Marvel comic cover. Love it.

Thanks! Yeah McFarlane does have some good looking guns (Until I find any Cobra Troopers his Ghost is my go-to terrorist trooper) I really like the Fortnite weapons I've come across- I'm trying to keep them more sci-fi than real-world to match the armor and 'slightly future' vibe I think works for G.I.Joe.

For anyone looking for wave 1 and 2 Joes, Dorkside said more stock is coming from Hasbro. Get your orders in with your favorite online retailer or pray Walmart and Target re-order systems work... Better off ordering online...

True- but he was also packaged in a Cobra box... NOT a Joe box. So just because something WAS a thing- doesn't make it still a thing. Maybe the Video Game will give all the classified figures cool backstories and bios and StormShadow will get another release in a Joe box at retail, until then- He's Cobra... And Personally- I will never put StormShadow with the Joes...

Ordered the Hasbro Pulse Con exclusive Snake Supreme Cobra Commander with no problem today. I believe he was second to sold out after the Heroes of Endor set. 3 layers of bots protection! Target: Learn something!

I really wish I had the same types of backgrounds Hasbro uses in their shots. Those are awesome, but alas, I can not, so these will have to do:
I retook that freaking last picture 28 times, changing settings on my camera multiple times, and still can not get all 3 characters to come out clear though.

So my initial impressions of my trio from yesterday:
Duke - Except for the neon orange watch, he's exemplary. They really knocked him out of the ball pack immediately. He's an update to his original look while looking new and fresh. The face sculpt is simply fantastic, though I wonder why they put his scar above his eye brow and not on his cheek like he has had in the past. I'm not a big fan of Duke, but this dude seems to look good in any pose I put him in. Oh, and his backpack stays attached in the hole, YAY!! Roadblock - I was originally hesistant on getting him, but I'm glad I did. I love the tattoo he's got on his arm and he's towering. I still could do without the beard though as a simple mustache would have sufficed. Nevertheless, he's really nice and big. The gun is awful though. I have no idea who thought giving him some sort of futuristic rail gun was a good idea. Another thing I like about him is how his vest is actually a removable piece rather than sculpted on to the body. I know it allows Hasbro to reuse that body, however, I think it adds an extra element to Roadblock. It's just a shame you would have to destroy it to remove it. Destro - He and Cobra Commander are the two figures I have decided will make or break the line for me and this dude is just perfection. He's an update to the original design and does it with vast precision. The sculpt is just absolutely magnificent, making him one of the best figures of the year. I don't even need CC now to tell me I am in for this line as he alone as done it. Just like with Duke, he looks incredible in any pose. The paint job they did for the head is outstanding (though, I can see them repainting him down the line with a chrome casted head). I adore the briefcase, though the money in it seems quite light. I hate to say this, but out of the six Joes I have gotten so far, Snake-Eyes is my least favorite of them. His joints are a lot looser compared to everyone else, the weapons blend in too much with his outfit, and overall, he just seems to be lacking compared to everyone else and I'm not sure why.

Managed to get my order in just now for the Hasbro PulseCon Supreme Cobra Commander. Not due to ship until March 2021, however. Bummer.

Oh, and I already posted these on HissTank, but might as well share my collection so far here as well. I pretty much have everyone I want that currently available, including 5 Cobra Troopers (I'm not an army builder, but there's just something about these guys...). I skipped Arctic Storm Shadow and Target Roadblock 'cause they're both pretty meh, but everyone else is awesome.
