The Targets in my area of KC generally look nearly identical to the photo Dr Kain shared of his location. Nothing but dregs of the movie wave with an occasional leftover Lady Jaye.

I have sanded the hip balls on every single Classified figure I own. The hip balls have nubs that are almost spikes. Once assembled at the factory the hip creates a death grip on the balls as the plastic cools. THAT'S why legs are snapping.
The only figure that does not have spiked hip balls is Serpentor. His actually have flat slightly raised areas and the hip posts are significantly thicker. Hasbro needs to use this design on ALL FIGURES moving forward. I've been sounding the alarm about this major structural issue since W1. In 5-10 years there are going to be a lot of pissed off fans with a lot of broken figures if they don't fix Hasbro's glaring error. It sucks, yes. Folk can be umbraged all they like. But it does not change the fact they need to fix it. |

That's how they getcha to by the V2 versions with fixed hips! Now, granted, those V2's will have inferior paint apps, so you'll have to then upgrade to the V3's for a 30% markup and they'll be in windowless packaging so you don't know what you'll actually be getting, but don't worry! V4 versions are on the way, with retro style packaging so you can clearly see the figure! And on it goes...

Got Zarana, Dusty, and the Crimson Guard in the mail today. So far Zarana is the only one that I have opened, but her hips seem to be better than the earlier figures with no grinding noise when I moved them. I like the hair that she is packaged in better than the classic style hair. My only complaint is a dumb one, which is that she has the cobra logo behind her in the package, rather than the Dreadnoks logo that Zartan had. I had kind of hoped that the Dreadnoks would be beed considered a separate faction, but since these are the last of the figures with the window packaging it doesn't matter that much.

eh I guess that makes sense. Plus the 25th Anniversary Zartan said Cobra on its card, so there is some precedent for grouping them with Cobra.
Opened Dusty, his hips are also moving smoothly out of the box. I am kind of disappointed that it took almost 50 figures into the line for them to solve this problem. Of course I am saying that before I open my CG, which was the figure I was looking forward to the most from this wave. My only complaint about Dusty is that his helmet seems a little too loose. He reuses most of Stalkers waist, arms, legs, and feet, but I do not have a problem with them reusing those parts since it makes since for the Joes to have the same style of pants. |

Awesome. Another brand new figure. ANOTHER QC issue. I'm having fun here Hasbro...
Anyone else experiencing similar issues with Zarana? Thankfully she's not broken as I can plug it back in, but at the same time...it doesn't take very much force for the arm to come off either. |

The only QC problem that I have had with a Hasbro figure recently was with my Halloween Skeleton Clone Trooper. One of its feet was not put on correctly, and when I went to turn it the foot popped off at the ankle. I was able to warm the foot and push it back on and it's been fine since then. But the only Classified figure that I have had break was the first 02 Snake Eyes that I got, one of its biceps was fused and snapped when I moved it. But since it was when the line was first hitting it took months before I was able to get a replacement. Since then I have been careful with them when I first get them out of the packages.

My Zarana does the same exact same thing. one arm comes off at the bicep just by touching it . peg is too small for the hole. y crimson guards have very loose legs ,some worse than others. canceled my dusty as I dont want to even know anymore. Serpentor finally came after being lost by ups and the damn arms are both fused (Heats not helping). So it seems all recent classified releases have qc issues . Python patrol bat and viper are the only ones that dont have quality control problems ive noticed...yet. Last edited by CosmicCreature; 12-08-2022 at 04:35 PM.. |

The Outback I just picked up is a little tight at the arms but has loosened up is overall fine now. One of the best all around action figures I've gotten in awhile.

I have seen some pictures of TF Bazooka being found in some Targets, so maybe they will be shipping soon. Also both are available to preorder again.

I just saw a picture of a TF Duke and RAM cycle that was found in store. So maybe the end of the year figure rush isn't over.

I also found Bazooka tonight down here in Arizona. Almost walked right past him as I was completely not even expecting him to be there.
Bazooka's definitely a top 5 Classified for me this year, and being that I never had the original Bazooka as a kid, and instead had the Tiger Force version, this is the Bazooka I remember from my childhood. He's a bit light on accessories and has no small arms...so I outfitted him with a Vala Deagle for close encounters. The SMAW type launcher is awesome...the blast cap opens up allowing you to insert a rocket inside, and the rockets fit into the backpack way better than Major Bludd's did. While it's not a QC issue per say...for some maddening reason, Bazooka's elbows are molded in a completely different flesh tone from his biceps and forearms. Otherwise, he'd be nearly perfect. The end zone is right there Hasbro...how you manage to keep fumbling the ball right at the goal line and settling for a field goal is just head scratching at this point. Also...no Fudgee bar?!? Even the Kre-o version came with one!!! |

Bazooka is awesome. I've promised myself I was going to hold out for his traditional colors, but it's going to be hard passing him by if I see him in store.

IMO Bazooka is the only one that you can buy both versions since you can just pretend one is him wearing the home jersey and the other one is him wearing the away jersey.
