Waiting to see what the Australia Tax will be on this. $400usd or lower and it will be very, very tempting. It does look gorgeous. Wish the Star Wars team could do half as well.

Yeah...this may be the first HasLab project that I end up backing, though...

Snake Eyes showed up at my Walmart (here in Central Alberta) a month or two ago. Haven't seen Storm Shadow yet, though (or the Crimson Guards, or Zartan).

After taxes, the Dragonfly came out to 290 something. Damn, HasLab got me for Sentinel, Galactus, Hiss Tank, and now the Dragonfly. Wow, they got me, I know it will be worth it, but my stomach still turning from the purchase.

Cause I am an idiot I bought 2 of the Fortnite motorboats from Ollies for $15 while also trying to decide on whether or not to back the Dragonfly due to space concerns (which I will probably still back anyway, cause that's problem for future me to deal with).

Less the 500 more people to open tier 1 for the Dragonfly, Go Joe!

Note: I have already backed one Dragonfly, thinking about getting another one to have MIB. Ugh!

Never heard of her. But, the face sculpt looks beautiful though.

Glenda was only released in Argentina. She was recolor of vintage ARAH Scarlett V1.
https://www.yojoe.com/action/int/arg-glenda.shtml

The Argentinian exclusives became a cult thing in GI JOE collecting fandom. So much so that the 25th/modern style 4" line released Pilot Scarlett, an homage to the Argentinian release.
On one hand, it doesn't make a lot of sense to make Glenda before, oh, the say 200 domestic release characters yet to be remade, but on the other hand, maybe a Haslab stretch goal is the best place for such a character.

Argentine version of Scarlett, essentially (but her specialty was helicopters rather than counter-intelligence, hence her inclusion here, I guess):

So Zing have the Dragonfly for $799aud/$549usd, the same as Galactus and the Rancor both of which were $350usd. Sigh.

Her specialties included both helicopters and counter intelligence. Helicopter pilot was her primary specialty and counter intelligence was her secondary specialty.

HasLab makes sense for her, cause most people that won't back a the HasLab won't complain about her being restricted to the crowdfunding campaign like if it was a major character like Doc.

Yes, as opposed to Scarlett's PMOS being Intelligence and her SMOS being "CLASSIFIED."

I remember some people defending early Classifieds, Hasbro trying to update the characters. Waste of time, especially since their media source was a now already forgotten video game. They should've gone retro from get-go.

I personally prefer a mix. Like I still think their Cobra Commander is top notch and looks better than the one coming with the Hiss Tank. The Snake-Eyes that came with Timber is right now the best Snake-Eyes figure they have as it perfectly updates the old design.

Scarlet's issue is her joints on the older one are lackluster and loose.

The Pursuit of Cobra era had some great modernizations of the characters, and mixing those types of designs and the classic designs would be something I would be interested in. Like I am happy that we are getting a classic version of Shipwreck, but if they wanted to do another version that was similar to the Dollar General wave from 2016 I wouldn't have a problem with it. But I kind of think that the complaints from the first days of the line kind of made Hasbro lean too far into 80s remakes for the line.

A mainline Firefly, Nunchuck, and Crimson Viper are up for preorder now. Kind of hoping for a lull now, cause I feel like I have been making preorders every week for over a month. Now I am expecting about a dozen GIJC figures and the Hisstank by the end of the year, which is a lot.

It is. I started to open non-army builders one at a time to draw it out. Also allows me to really get into the figure without being overwhelmed. Usually one every other day or so. With what they've launched the last couple of months that could last me half a year. lol

Nunchuck is an online exclusive. But I mean, who sees new waves at brick and mortar anyway?

He's probably the easiest and/or safest Ninja Force Joe to make outside the mains (Snake-Eyes, Storm Shadow and Scarlett). Though, without the Converse sneakers...it's just not the same.

I guess a Bushido will be easy after him.

I feel the same way, pre ordered Grunt, Low-Light, Firefly, and that damn Dragonfly…And, anxiously waiting for Hisstank! These preorders getting crazy…Might get to a point that I might cancel some, but time will tell.

Note: Dragonfly has 14 thousand plus backers, hopefully it get to 19,000 to unlock the next tier…Go Joe!

Right now Amazon is showing the same shipping date for those 3 and Scrap Iron, Rock and Roll, and regular Bazooka. Not looking forward to the possibility of a $180 charge hitting.
