Shipwreck arrived today and I found Falcon for $12 at Target.
![]() Holy christ the face sculpt really does suck on Falcon. YIKES!!! The worst face on any Joe. Also, as per the usual with this line, the backpack can't stay attached for shit. I don't know why though, but having his shotgun in hand makes me think he just stepped into Raccoon City or something. ![]() My only nitpick on Shipwreck is I don't like the rope that goes around his body. No matter what direction I put it around, it looks like it is on wrong. I really dig Polly having a pegleg for one of his legs. That's absolutely brilliant. Of course, Polly only looks good stuck in his arm as well as the rope just makes him look like he is drunk since it will not stay upright.

I kind of caught the panel, so my thoughts:
Hawk - Except for the lack of blonde hair, he is superb. Can not wait for him. Ripper and Torch are perfection. No interest in any of the Steel Brigade, Helix, Crimson troopers, nor the Baroness/twins 3 pack. Shockwave looks quite cool, so I'll definitely pick him up when he is on sale. Not sure about full price. Never saw the pics for Duke, Scarlet, and the Vamp. Are they cool looking? Are Duke and Scarlett and upgrade from the original releases? Love the updated look of Tripwire, so like Shockwave, I would probably pick him up for a lower price. What was the slide they didn't mean to show that had the one lady yelling "SHIT!" in the panel? I couldn't tell on my phone screen.

There were no pictures of Duke or Scarlett. They were name reveals only.

![]() Also, I'm with you on Hawk, Ripper, Torch. They look fantastic. Tripwire too, but he's not high on my want list, so I'm still deliberating. |

Here are a few changes I've made, repainted Scarlett, switched up her arms, so of course retro Scarlett is in the works. Then I switched out Covergirl and Falcon's Dick Tracy heads. Has anyone switched out Lady Jaye's Michael Cera head? What did you use?

I picked up an MCU Sif head off eBay and tried that (see attachments). It's not great, but still an improvement. Also, I stole your idea for Cover Girl after seeing it over on Hisstank. Thanks for that.

I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for a Rampart in the near future. Thanks!
Seeing all of your great kitbashes inspired me to show off one I did a while back, Combat Communications Specialist, Jill S. Morelli, AKA: Dial Tone. |

Since we're on the subject of kitbashing, I've boiled and popped many a Legends figure, but I haven't gone further than head swaps for Classifieds. Any "gotchas" I should be aware of?

I definitely felt that she needed the ear piece in order to better fit in with her field of operation. Even better, was that the Maria Hill head can very easily wear the Vala helmet without any sort of mod being done to it.

I don't recommend using a hair dryer as the dryer can actually cause certain parts to shrink or melt (such as the web gear and crotch overlays.) If you have extra figures lying around, don't be afraid to chop em up! There is also a pretty healthy aftermarket of fodder parts on Ebay that are fairly affordable. It's pretty easy with this line since many of the parts are universal, and you can make some fun placeholders (such as this Night Creeper I made) until we get proper versions. |

Classified figures can actually be completely disassembled without the need to dremel and crack torsos if you use plenty of hot water and a little bit of patience when pulling them apart. The most difficult parts to remove will be the arms from the shoulder, but again, if you use enough heat, and tug gently at the ball joint, they will pop right off. I don't recommend using a hair dryer as the dryer can actually cause certain parts to shrink or melt (such as the web gear and crotch overlays.)
