I got the armored Cobra Commander today, and there is barely any movement at the dumbbell at the top of the neck. It's like Hasbro saw all the people cutting out that joint to make it better and just decided not to try at all.

Also this is dumb but it bothers me in the picture on the back of the package where he's got the gun in his right hand and pointing with his left hand, but the holster is on his left leg. I guess he unholstered the gun, then changed hands to point? It kind of goes back to most of the being designed to be left handed and the current design team being too slavish to the original RAH designs and afraid to do the slightest updating or altering even if it would make sense.

Then why is he wearing his holster on his left hand side? Aside from the fact that the original figure had it on that side. If he's right handed the holster should be on the opposite side or oriented differently for cross drawing.

Because it's easier to grab a gun from your left side with your right arm?

I picked up the 60th Anniversary Halo Jumper and Sniper at Ollies over the weekend. It's fine, and I was surprised at the weapons not being as soft as some of the previous waves, but what frustrates me that he has a loop for a suppressor on his leg holster, but does not come with the appropriate accessory. He does come with a suppressor for his rifle that has a diameter too large to fit in the leg holster. I really doubt that giving him the extra appropriate suppressor would have broken the bank on this figure, but whatever.

From Hasbro Pulse:

"New to the G.I. Joe Classified Series line, Grim Viper comes ready for adventure, with multiple points of articulation for high poseability. Those Range Vipers who prove themselves particularly adept at survival undergo additional commando training graduating to the class of Grim Vipers. These specialized troopers excel at long-term infiltration of a target location before unleashing havoc with maximum firepower and reckless abandon. Grim Vipers who return from missions are said to have undergone “brass diets” losing significant weight from all the spent shell casings they left in their wake."
