I have not yet purchased any of these although they are kinda neat. I'm conserving funds... recession and all.

Crimson Guard looks great. I hope they keep all the detail on that one when the final product hits the stores.

The Commando Snake Eyes was the reason I held off on buying wave 1's fig, and it doesn't disappoint. I love that it's in the pose of the original card art! I really do love these guys. I can't wait to get Beachhead in wave 2.. And then it looks like I'm gonna have to shell out more for Snake Eyes/Viper and Shipwreck/Crimson Gaurd(I would love to get Lady Jaye too, but I don't know if I want that Bludd).
They actually didn't this wave right, putting cool figures with cool figures, and leaving the lame figures in the same packs. I was mildly irritated when Zartan was with Snake Eyes first wave, then Serpentor was with Beachead. My two favorite Joes with my least favorite Cobras. These guys are neat though. They take up little space, are cool looking, and that's a good enough reason for me to collect the ones I want. |

I love these little guys. Only problem is I like to leave em in package and finding them in decent shape is a problem, they've always got bends, scratches, cuts, etc - or the packages that do look ok might have figures in em that have iffy paint.
