As 2014 quickly approaches, we wanted to take a moment and wish you and yours a very Happy and Healthy New Year! On behalf of our staff, members and visitors, I'd like to personally thank each and every one of you for making this the best G.I.Joe Community out there!
Here's a quote that I recall every NYE - Every man should be born again on the first day of January. Start with a fresh page. Take up one hole more in the buckle if necessary, or let down one, according to circumstances; but on the first of January let every man gird himself once more, with his face to the front, and take no interest in the things that were and are past. - Henry Ward Beecher If you're planning on doing something fun tonight, make sure to do so SAFELY! AAA can be called if you need a ride home or you can download one of the many apps that provides cabs for those that need them...whatever you do, make sure you're here for 2014 as there's a TON of awesome coming our way! He joined the U.S. Army and graduated at the top of his class from the Sapper Leader Course at the Combat Engineer School at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Then he expressly asked to sign up for and become a member of the elite G.I. Joe Team.

He is proficient in demolitions, field defenses and general construction, as well as road and airfield fabrication and repair. Lee Byung-Hun, better known to some as the deadly Cobra Ninja Storm Shadow has confirmed once again that he will be returning for G.I.Joe 3! In an interview with the Korea Times, Lee shared the following. We've mirrored the conversation here -
Korean actor Lee Byung-hun will soon leave for Hollywood to star in the third installment of the “G.I. Joe” movie series. Lee’s agency, BH Entertainment, said Tuesday that he will go to the U.S. later this month after finishing his latest film “Hyupnyeo,” which ends shooting in early February. His appearance in the third “G.I. Joe” movie is hardly news, since he was featured in the first two installments of the series. Yet, his part in the upcoming movie is expected to be bigger than his previous appearances, the agency said. Despite a production cost of $175 million production, the first installment released in 2009 didn’t enjoy the commercial success expected in North America, taking in a disappointing $152 million in ticket sales. Yet, ticket sales in Asia were relatively strong, prompting some to credit Lee for its success in the region. Are you excited to see Storm Shadow return for G.I.Joe 3? Hello, I have a quick question:
It's sales season in France, and I found a Pit Mobile Headhquarters for a price near 50$... I think it's a fair price since how huge the box was, but I wanted to have some opinions regarding the toy by itself. Since it's huge I'm not sure to use it much, but I'm from a poor home so I only have been able to dream about the USS Flag and this trauma pushes me to buy the Pit... I also think it was an old stock that miraculously resurfaced and that I won't be stumbling on one anytime soon in France (and bringing one back from the US is out of question, of course). If you could share your thoughts about the toy, it would help me do a rational choice, thanks ![]()

Hisstank.com forum member skinny has posted the 5th installment of his G.I.Joe Dossiers series. This time around, the focus is on none other than The Baroness!
From the G.I.Joe Wiki - The Baroness is a character from the G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero toyline by Hasbro, originally appearing in the first issue of the G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero comic series by Marvel Comics in June, 1982. The Baroness is a villain, associated with G.I. Joe's nemesis, Cobra. Baroness serves as Cobra's intelligence officer and lieutenant to Cobra Commander. With long black hair, black-rimmed glasses, and a black leather outfit, Baroness is a dark, sensual femme fatale whose beauty is matched only by her ruthlessness. In both comic and cartoon incarnations, as well as the 2009 live-action movie for the series, she has romantic relationships with Destro. Although the character was not part of the initial G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero release in 1982, she did appear in G.I. Joe #1, published by Marvel Comics in June 1982 and was, in fact, the first character to crossover from the comics, into the animated series, and finally into the toy line. She made her debut as an action figure in the 1984 series, wearing a new uniform that was then carried back over to the comic and cartoon.... [Read More] |

Hisstank Customs Throwback - What happens when a fearsome Cobra Moray Hydrofoil meets it's match against a G.I.Joe WHALE or a G.I.Joe SHARC? It finds itself at the bottom of the sea, trapped in a silent tomb for all eternity.
What would that look like, you ask? Hisstank.com forum member Autocon2076 has that question answered with his stunning Cobra Moray - Graveyard Edition! Resembling the rusted remains of a Cobra Hydrofoil, it's amazing to think that there's no rust on this piece, only paint. You can almost imagine a Cobra Lampreys going down with his ship while Cobra Eels and Cobra Hydro-Vipers swim away in to the darkness.
