The FSS 3.0 is on the water headed this way. Because of the dock workers on the west coast issues and the seasonal delays, we don't think we will get them until the first week in January. Because of the delay, our current plan is to ship the first figures during the week of January 5 and follow up with the second shipment at the end of January to get us sort of back on track. This puts the second billing for the installment plan buyers around the end of January/first of February and the final billing around the middle of March. As soon as they arrive, we will set the official billing dates. I'm also sending this info from the club store email system so you may get 2 updates.

Hey Folks,
Here is the update we just posted on Kickstarter. It has been a DARK day at the Marauder Offices....

Dear MTF Supporters,

Our goal was to have all orders arrive or ship before Christmas, but that is no longer possible. While packing the orders we found some structural issues with the figures. Issues that are not easy to detect, but appear to be widespread throughout the figures. We worked with the factory engineers to solve the problems and the only sure solution is to REPLACE all the figures. Consequently, we won’t be able to ship any orders for several weeks while we wait for the replacement figures to arrive.

Needless to say, we are absolutely devastated. To be on the home stretch and have this happen at the last moment is beyond anything we could have imagined. Our time table and plans were right on target, and we have kept you all updated all along the way…but this unforeseen problem took us by surprise. The only bright spot is we discovered the issues BEFORE the orders shipped.

We apologize for this delay, will keep continue to keep you updated as we go forward and hope to regain your support by quickly solving the problem & shipping your orders.

Disappointing? Sure. That said though, the level of Customer Service that John and the Gun Running team have provided throughout this entire project has been absolutely stellar. How many times have you received a figure from another company and that figure had QC issues? Thankfully, that's one scenario that we'll hopefully never encounter, thanks to John and the Gang!
