It's hard to tell the difference between Hisstank.com forum member and mighty Ginger Customizer KrymsynGardImmoral's custom Decepticon Combaticon Blast-Off and something that you would expect to receive via mass release. The deco fits the G.I.Joe Crusader itself well and the piece would be a great addition to the G.I.Joe/Transformers Cross Overs that Hasbro has offered us as San Diego Comic Convention Exclusives over the last few years.

Here's a brief blurb from KGI: A repaint I did of a junker Crusader. The color was a lot "browner" on the can lid, and it is a bit darker in person than it appears in the pics, but it still doesn't match the vintage 100%.

The Star Brigade line included many different elements, from re-imagined named characters Like Roadblock and Cobra Commander to new Armor Tech Figures like the Cobra B.A.A.T.. The line also had cool vehicles, but one of them stood out among them all, both literally and figuratively - The G.I.Joe Star Brigade Armor Bot. This beast of a vehicle was the largest released at that time and was the first real mech style suit outside the Cobra SNAKE that had ever been available for purchase. Although it was highly detailed, it's articulation was limited. It's highly unlikely that this piece would ever be re-released or re-introduced somewhere down the road.

Hisstank.com forum member and customizer extraordinaire Tankster has thankfully taken matters in to his own hands and has brought the Armor Bot screaming in to 2013, with modern articulation and detailing that we have all come to expect from Tankster and his amazing customs.
