I believe one of the figures is GI Joe 1964 because it says so on the body but I'm not sure what variation it is.
The other figure I have no clue. There are some accessories found with both and I'm unsure which ones belong to which figure. |

The figure on the right is STONY SMITH, I think. Made by Marx toys in the 60's. I'm not an expert on him, I just barely even remembered the name.
