Is it me, or do the MAFEX ones look a lot better? Sure, their faces are softer, but the outfits, proportions and the articulation seem to gel more, and these ones look... really off by comparison.

Flash looks nice, but WOW, Supes looks awful.

Why is it that NO ONE can make a good Super Man figure?

Jesus...

I was hoping S.H. would go with the comic versions next. Not a fan of the movie look of Superman or injustice Superman.

That Superman looks almost as bad as the Mattel one. Almost.

I also said before Mafex is better this time.

Normally i always buy a lot Marvel Figures from S.H. Figuarts.

But currently Mafex is better concerning DC Figures.

Mafex Justice League Superman REALLY looks like Henry Cavill
while Bandai one does not.

But iam still glad that there are so many Options to choose from.
Because when it comes to Star Wars Figures it is the other way around.
Mafex Rey does not even look like Daisy Riley, while the Bandai one
is very accurate.

But for the DC Figures, Mafex is the Winner this time.
The Unmasked Flash Head Sculpt from Mafex is also very awesome.

Holy hell, that heat vision head for Supes is terrifying. Literally my thought process as I was going through the pictures: "Eh, that Henry Cavill headsculpt doesn't look that grea-OH MY LORD THAT HEAT VISION HEAD"

I will also have Nightmares because of his Heat Vision Head sculpt.
it really looks terrifying, like in a good Horror Movie.

No Chance Bandai. "Strange" Henry Cavill Headsculpt + Heat Vision
that gives me Nightmares

The dots all over the faces absolutely turn me off of all modern Figuarts, just terrible.

The dots are not that noticeable in real life, the camera just have nice Macro function.

As someone who has some Figuarts, the dots really aren't at all noticeable from any distance greater than ~6 inches.

To Defend Mafex and Bandai:

The Dots are ONLY Visible on Pictures, but not on the Figure itself.
I have to know, because i own multiple Figures from Bandai and Mafex
that had "Dots" on the Preview Pictures, but none on the Released Figure.

Example: Kylo Ren (Unmasked) and Tony Stark.
Both had Dots on Pictures, but a 100% Clear Face when i got the Figure.

So concerning to this: Do not hesitate to buy the Figures.
Their Faces look only strange on preview Pictures.
