Cool! Crazy to think how long hasbro has been sitting on these in warehouses.

"Phoebe" better be short for "Phoebert" or we're gonna have another 'gate on our hands

If the Oldbusters have the same bodies as their 1984 counterparts, I must have to get a few to customize into new-generation Ghostbuster franchisees.

I bet Finn Wolfhard never imagined he would have not one but TWO Ghostbusters-esqu figures of himself! If I ever had a figure of myself made, GB would be one of my top 3 outfits to be made in.

I also have to say that while I am excited to get the actors at their current ages back in the outfits, this seems like a pretty big spoiler for the movie--like I knew they'd be in it, but not necessarily back in action.

Just watched the latest trailer, and then came here and saw these reveals! First of all, I'm incredibly psyched for the movie. Really hoping it's good. And the figures are looking good. I thought Hasbro did a great job on the original wave (although a little small). These are looking good.

Yeah, good point. I mean, we all knew it was coming, but this continues the trend of movie plot points being revealed (I hate to use "spoiled") by the toys.

I was thinking that too. I have the mcfarlane set from stranger things now this. That must be a pretty cool feeling.

My thoughts: Podcast is a terrible nickname, reeks of market research about "what kids think is cool"

Also I'm an idiot for wondering why the proton packs were too big for the kids, then realizing a second later that they weren't made for the kids

Yeah that's kind of crappy on their part.

Yeah movies always come up with kids nicknames with ridiculous results. Podcast is beyond generic, like calling a kick who likes movies Film.

It would be amazing if Egon could help the Ghostbusters from the other side. That would be a great homage!

Well, the previous waves on finally being clearanced out, so maybe these won't last as long and be clearanced quicker.

She is referred to as "Phoebe" in the trailer. What's the issue?

Looks to me that they are all using the big belly mold that only Ray used in the first series.

Just be grateful they're not named Insta, TikTok, Tumblr and Weibo (for the Chinese market).

Not sure what to expect with this new movie. Will wait for reviews to come out before making a decision, but it's always a good thing to get 1:12 kids figures. Though the suits being the suits limits display options a bit; still a good thing. Hey regular kids wear brown overalls... sometimes, right?

How is it a spoiler when they appear on the movie poster in full Ghostbusting gear? These aren't cameos they're playing. They star in the film. This is Ghostbusters 3, and they're passing the torch to the next generation.

Ray answering a phone at the end of the trailer still treats their involvement as a big surprise.

Anyway I'm not sure this really is about passing the torch so much as giving the original franchise a proper epilogue. It's hard to say, the marketing for this movie has been a little confusing in that regard (and of course the big delay from last year didn't help). All I know is that I'm not really interested right now in the adventures of the Junior Ghostbusters and when I see the old men in their jumpsuits I worry Bill Murray might have been right all along. But hopefully that turns out to not be true and this film is amazing. We shall see.

I got excited thinking The Boogieman was the BAF only to find it's just a Terror Dog in jeans.

I’m just not a fan of the idea that I’m order for kids to like a movie, kids need to star in the movie. I LOVED ghostbusters as a kid.. I didn’t need there to be kids AS ghostbusters. I don’t know, I’m just not a fan of that. Maybe I’m wrong and I’ll enjoy the characters.

I think the upright walking terror dog looks pretty awesome.. I don’t know why they gave it ghost legs and almost zero articulation..

Aw man, I’d a KILL to see a live action version of the boogeyman! That thing still terrifies me. LOVED G1 megatron.. boogeyman scared the crap out of me. Frank Welker is great.

Saw the movie today. Really enjoyed it. Plus I was able to score one of those Ecto-1s AMC theatres are offering. It’s a pretty good size. Almost scales with the Plasma series figures. Almost. But it’s bigger than the Hasbro release, so it at least looks good behind the figures.

I so badly want to see this. I am however suffering a….how my wife says…”a man cold.”

I’m not to comfortable in a crowed place yet and certainly don’t want to get anyone sick. I’m glad you liked it. I am hearing fans really like this one.

Yeah. I’m honestly a bit surprised by how harsh critics are being in this one. It was a really fun and well-made movie. Ghostbusters fans are sure to love it. Rightfully so. I’m sure you have some sense about certain things that may or may not happen in the movie, but please avoid reading any spoilers before being able to see it.

Hope you feel better man.
