I really dont know what to think of this film. i cant even remember what the last one was about....Its too bad it'd be too expensive for a REAL gi joe movie.

I think you can pretty much watch this one and forgot the last one ever happened. Brian Goldner, CEO of Hasbro mentioned that this movie could stand on it's own, so you don't necessarily have to watch ROC to know what's going on in this one.

They already seem much different.
