So the rumors have been floating around for awhile now, and after I saw Avengers and Thanos in the end scene, it dawned on me those rumors could be true. Saw this today, thought I'd share with you guys...I hope its true....the Guardians of the Galaxy has been my favorite comic and group of characters for the past few yrs...anything cosmic/galactic is right up my alley. Saw this, but the source seems to be that same Latino Review place that also claimed recently that the next movie would be Black Panther...so who knows?

Being a fan of GotG and Nova I would personally love for this to be true. I do have two simple requests though if this happens.

1. Nathan Fillion as Starlord
2. Joss Whedon directs it since I doubt anyone else could possibly get this right.

Did I just basically ask for another movie in the Firefly series? Lol

Nova and rocket raccoon directed by Joss Whedon! that is what I want...plus Drax, starlord, bug, groot, Flag, moondragon, Gamora, mantis, Victory, phyla-Vel, and adam warlock!! how can you not love that! gotta have drax to square off against Thanos, and if they bring in the gauntlet, you gotta have warlock....just hope they dont screw this all up some how

Gotta make this movie happen. They set up for thanos and they should hit avengers 2 with all they got! I swear if it's just the same 6 heroes in the first avengers vs thanos I'm gonna weep

It would be cool, but I don't think a GoTG movie would do very well at the box office.

Or I think they'd at least need to be introduced first in a more mainstream movie (like Avengers 2) to gain some interest and make people aware of who they are. This isn't an insult to them, or their fans, but in the real world they aren't that popular.

GotG is my ALLTIME FAVORITE team and a movie would kick ass!
Definitely go with Fillion and Whedon- they would make that incredible.
