Got my Avengers box set!

LOOKS AWESOME!
Pics to come but in short,
Iron Man has a new head and collar with antenna
Thor has a new head (fantastic! SO much better than the SW version!) and his helmet's wings are white with blue highlights!
Hulk is, I believe, completely new- not a Thanos buck or anything! Great Jack Kirby head.
Wasp is new and great, but again, no face details (decal time!)
Ant Man is the suprise- not only is he all new and not ony does he have a winged ant to ride on, he's half the size of the version from the Yellowjacket figure!

Jason's overall score 10/10!
GO BUY THIS!

Alright, I just got back home- went to the movies, dinner, etc.
Finally got to really examine them in detail- turns out I was wrong on Hulk's body- it seems a mix of hulk/Thanos bucks.
Still kicks ass.

Thor's face needs some touch up on my fig- there is this...shading that I'm going to get rid of- kinda looks like an uneven tan. It's minor.

Ant man's any has a tiny clear band you can use as a harnes for the tiny Hankster- hr's so small- half the Wasp's size!

Allright- just got back in and ate dinner- Havok will e on your doorstep on thursday and I'm clearing my art desk to take pics now.

With this gold IM armor, I'll be able to line up original through second red and gold armor in a row! That's 25 years od IM history right there (gotta find the figs nad take a pic of that too!)

Some additional notes on thor- the blue and yellow of his leggings is much brighter in this set and his hair is much more yellow (which I'll likely shde a bit). If you have a reprint of Avengers #1, this is the exact Thor you see there- the face is just..dead on.
Also, his hammer is darker and more metallic- it's cast from SW comic pack with the engraved writing and everything.

I'm getting a Showdown Thor soon and I might mix and match heads and hammers to get the ultimate perfect Thor...but damn if this one aint pretty.

Got this and the X Force set today they are fantastic retro Hulk is the best Hulk figure there is IMO i hope they redo Red and Grey Hulk using this body its light years ahead of the older ones

I'd be shocked if this avengers set Thor is anywhere as nice as the showdown Thor but Ill wait on your pics and youll have to wait a couple of days for the Showdown Thor and then you can make the best judgement as youll have both.

Yea my bad, I found a Doc Ock Showdown for only 10 bucks at my local comic shop and he offered me a classics havok which is one of my last wants for my MU collection.

Yep...NEED this set [And a Yellowjacket one day] mainly for the larger Ant Man [lol?] to go with my secret avengers. I prefer the legs on the SW Thor over the 3 pack one, so that's an easy swap. I am disappointed in the lack of Hulk pictures [hint hint

]. That Wasp looks like the same mold as the SW one which is also disappointing, seeing I can't get the bugger to stand. Thanks for the pics Jason!
