Help with these figures

Hello. Bought these vintage keychain figurines today. I think the figures in the first photo are ice cream dolls, but I don't have complete information. I think the figures in the second photo are different. All of them have a label stating that they are made in Korea. I would appreciate it if you could give me general information about these figures.
