The Iron Man 6" line has seemingly been in limbo this year - the "Concept Series" wave shipped only briefly, and current store restocks seem to be only older waves. Back in February at the New York Toy Fair, Hasbro displayed some terrific looking figures (Stealth, Punisher Iron Man) from the planned "Hall of Armor" series, and we saw even more 6" figures on display at SDCC in July.

Can you provide some concrete information on what is taking place with this great line?

1.Since we have several variants of the Thing and Johnny Storm as well as a Reed Richards coming, when will the first family of the Marvel Universe, the Fantastic Four, be completed with the final figure, Sue Storm? Not a big fan of them but hey, if you're gonna have members of a team, I kinda like to have the whole team.

2. What's with the "washes" on figures? First black Spiderman now Guardian. These washes don't help the figures, in my opinion it takes away from the figures.

I don't remember if this has been asked yet, but it really should be:

The picture of a prototype MU Juggernaut figure (shown at SDCC 2009) displayed what appeared to be exceptional leg articulation for such a big character. Given the feedback of another favorite "big" character, namely the Hulk, concerning the poor leg articulation in his mold are there any plans to create any new Hulk molds with improved leg articulation in the future?

Since Mattel is doing a great job with DCUC when will Hasbro counter with quality Marvel Legends. It's obvious 6" figures are still popular.

When will the Marvel Universe figures be made in the same quality as Star Wars & G.I. Joe figures.

2. Are we gonna get some rereleases of older and harder to find figures like Bullseye,Black Panther,Silver Surfer, X-Force Wolverine, etc.?
Yes, in 2010's first wave with warpath, x-force wolvie is in the case.

2. Is there a time slot that we can expect to see the New Iron man 2 figure line that we saw the sampling of at SDCC will hit stores, I for one have been greatly looking forward to this line in particular, repaints included.
March 1st-3rd it had the dates on the cards at the cons.

Quote:
1) Will there be any future changes like additional accessories/weapons for the Marvel Universe figures, like alternative hands for wolverine and others; alternative heads for masked/unmasked characters; added weapons, blast effects, debris for characters like the hulk, punisher, or sunfire?
Not at this time, they have other plans for civilians down the road. (in other words they want to be able to charge you twice per figure. Unless that's since changed but it's been asked many times already.) More accessories though is a good question, but it looks like yes if the con is any indication with the various blast effects the ironman line uses.

another poll for mu questions
They won't know this till they release the current polled figures to see how well received they are.

Personally I'd like to see confirmation on who the last 2 fan poll winners are.
My general dark hawk, nova prime, x-23 badgering.
And some confirmation on what the sentinel gigantic battles figure will be. (what reused mold, or original etc.)

Can Hasbro provide any confirmation or even hints to the rest of the unknown Secret Wars waves?

Will there be another wave of Gigantic Battles? Was Galactus or a Sentinel part of that?

Sentinel with Wolverine was mentioned at NYCC. It was supposed to be in the 1st wave with Skrull/Cap, IM and the other guy. I suspect it was to come with Astonishing X-Men Wolverine.

Is it due yet!!!?? I have a GREAT question!

Can we get the Marvel Univerese faces to have more expression? I would like to see wolverine MAD and Captain America VENGEFUL! Their current expressions lack emotion! Except for the Red Hulk who seems to be mad ALL THE TIME. Thanks for the input!

enough of these MUs, what does Hasbro have in mind to up its Legends? ive been buying Mattel's DC figs for awhile now because they look so good and are the right size and am very dissapointed in the slow agonizing release/death of the Legends line

What about the prices?! I pay almost more that G.I. Joe and I barely get any accessories!!! How about lower prices or more substance!

THIS!!!

I know there is a Spider-Woman coming out but I want a Jessica Drew version. Especially with the large role she's had lately.

How would they incorporate the webbing on her arm though? I think it would be awsome to see it done correctly.

Why has the QC on the MU figures seemingly gone down hill? In recent weeks I've bought the SW packs and had Wolverine's wrist break because it wasn't able to turn, Namor and Capt America{not to mention no straps on shield} have warped legs{possibly from the packaging}, and I just got Firestar and like all the female MU's I've gotten so far her waist is so loose coming out of the package that it can almost turn 180 degrees just by picking up the figure. Are these issues being dealt with?

Is the whole Fury Files thing over? I know the packaging for 2010 show Hammer files but the website is no longer updated, the newer codes don't work, and the boxed sets and SW sets don't even come with file cards letalone codes.

I second this question. I thought they said that they would tell us the names at SDCC.

When will we see assessory packs, like optional hands, heads, energy projections, weapons, etc? These could be aimed at collectors instead of kids (to avoid the contains small objects warnings) and sold off HTS.

definitely want info on the iron man movie series and if their shipments will be more timely then what we've been getting, I mean the concept series never really hit shelves except for the first wave, I never saw the heavy artillery, stealth operations, or the subterranean armor figures in stores at all or on hasbrotoyshop.com whats the deal with that and will we ever get these figures out there, compared to the other marvel based like the universe, and spiderman series it seems that iron man has been put on the back burner.

we saw these figures and the up incoming ones at SDCC and I really want to know if the line will get back on track and be shipped timely to stores like walmart, target and toys r us..without being so scarce...I really don't want to have to shell out twice the price on ebay or other online stores to get these figures.

Hope we get some release dates soon.

So Any answers on this would really be great.

One-18TH.com|Because Size Matters Blog Archive Marvel Q & A September

These were the cut questions...
Quote:
4. We constantly have requests for everyone from the Marvel catalog of characters from Howard the Duck to ROM to Bob, Deadpool's sidekick. Is there any way we can get more fan vote sessions for future waves? I understand you have limitations to what you can create, but this would be a great opportunity to get more fan favorites out there.

5. The prototypes at SDCC for MU looked to have Metal T-bar construction. Will that be carrying over into production lines? There's been concern over plastic T-bars withstanding constant use.
I asked #5.
