I'm not seeing $40 plus shipping worth of value here when I can go to Target right now and get the same character from Jazwares in the same scale for 20-25 dollars!

Actually no, you can't. This is The Foundation. Jazwares has released The Scientist and The Visitor. All members of The Seven, but they are different.

That I completely agree with. Even Snake Eyes had more value with all of his accessories. Hoping that the fact it says "Zero Crisis Edition" means there'll be a mainline version down the line.

Looks nice but just like with the some of their other properties, the first new wave looks good but eventually they drop the ball.

But yeah doesn't bode well. We all saw it coming but is this seriously all the accessories (a cloth? cape and an umbrella)? So the usual accessory count for a typical Hasbro (~$20 release) but for double the price? The out of the blue Fortnite Snake Eyes figure had more than this.

This is pretty much what us Jazwares Fortnite fans were worried about. Even Jazwares new Legendary Brawlers subline was $25-30 and still had plenty of accessories to go with a bigger figure.

It is a special release so maybe things can change. But if this special release is $40 and has 1 accessory, the umbrella, then I hate to imagine what the mainline will look like.

The cape doesnt even count as an accessory because the description says it plugs into his shoulder. Accessories in a line like this should be interchangeable, like the game, just as Jazwares line was. So all the backpacks, called backbling in Fortnite, could be put on any other character.

This looks REALLY nice actually.

I think Jazwares is the way to go if you want the best bang for your buck and I'd go with them for silly characters like the pink bunny suit guy or the different Peelys, but as far as a "cool" looking figure goes, don't think Jazwares' proportions does it for me. This guy here has a nice heroic proportion, while the Jazwares ones typically don't.

Don't know anything about this character from the game, but he can totally pass off as a Destiny character or someone from any number of other scifi properties.

I knew Hasbro would scale back on all the accesories and have a crazy price. I'm sure that they have reused parts on the figure also. The other company did such a better job.

Just an umbrella with no special hands to do the umbrella use fall. No weapons for double plus the price of a jazzware figure. At least it's a new figure I guess we shall need to wait until the 9th to see how bad it's going be.

Is this going to be some kind of limited production, Hasbro Pulse exclusive item? Is the (unrevealed) packaging going to be extremely elaborate? If this is at all representative of the MSRP for the general release line, it is going to fail HARD- this is, on a good day, a $24.99 figure (especially with prices for Marvel Legends and The Black Series going up to $22.99 later this year). The value isn't there, and younger Fortnite fans sure as heck aren't going to be shelling out $40.00 for one 6-inch figure. If anything, it'll just boost sales of the 3.75" figures.

Meh, even the McFarlane Fortnite figures aren't as expensive as Hasbro's version. And echoing some of the posts here, Jazwares still offers great value for their 6" Fortnite figures overall.

Yeah no weapons and no harvesting tool is not a good way to kick off this line. The point of the game is to have all that an play scramble city with it. Hasbro needs to do way better.
