I am reading some Star Wars sites that some customers did get through to hasbro about the no email issue. Sounds like we are out of luck. Looks like hasbro system sent out false order numbers and they will not meet those orders stock. I hope maybe someone here get get confirmation of what happened. I would have reordered if I New my first order was screwed up by their system. This makes zero sense to me. Honestly I think I am happier to have my $128. But I don't want them to take money and I get nothing. They are really going to feel the rath of fan boys tomorrow if this is the case.

If its worth something, I have never received any confirmation emails from Hasbro(ever) on any order I have placed with them.

This better be some fake news right here...
I tried calling today and stayed on hold for over an hour in total only for their phones to randomly tell me they were too buys to take the call after making me wait on hold multiple times for more than half an hour each time.
Edit: Also consider the fact that they freaking took my money. Why the hell can't they hire some people that actually know how to make an online shop? Or just let some retailer like BBTS handle the shit for them?

Jeditemplearchives has a guy that spoke to hasbro in the 3 pack thread on their front page.

The fwoosh is loaded with comments in the convention exclusives.

I am reading....I think on the fwoosh that some have had their charges reveresed. Thus cancelled. With pay pal....the hold will just fall off. I guess?

The TF Promo cards are the first cards to be released for the new TF CCG that is coming out. The 4 cards in it are exclusive to this pack and will not be part of the general release. Just a head's up, according to the front page of HasbroToyShop's site, a number of items may be available again - the Power of the Primes Throne of Primes set, Star Wars Vintage Dr. Aphra set, and Marvel Legends Red Skull w/ Tessaract set are all marked with a 'Check Back Tomorrow' icon. This may also hold true for other items that are currently 'Out of Stock,' such as the Bumblebee Retro Rock Garage set, the Forces of Destiny Chewbacca and Porgs set, and the Black Series Han Solo w/ Mynock set.

The Transformers TCG and Magic the Gathering sets, however, appear to be wholly sold out.

They've since changed it from 'Check Back Tomorrow' to 'Check Back for Updates.' I'm assuming that they're either waiting to see if any orders get cancelled, or perhaps held back a second run of items for a later release, perhaps?

I still have a pay pal hold of $128 but still no order on the hasbro site. They messed up big. I have sent emails,and tried calling only to be told they are to busy to take my call. I honestly don't even want the toys anymore. I just don't want my money being held hostage.

Again I have the screen shot of my order confirmation number page and my PayPal notice. But my account has no order and I received no email from hasbro. The items are still in my cart and can not be bought.

So I have had Hasbro Customer Service (If you can call it that) looking into this exact issue for me. I got an email late today saying that they have taken care of cancelling the order on their end as it was a mistake and that no order was ever placed despite getting an order number, confirmation page, and a Paypal charge. They tried to say that if an item I was ordering went out of stock, that is what happens in their system. Except everything I ordered was in stock a good 15-20 minutes after I placed my order.

I have replied my dissatisfaction with their "resolution" of the problem. Again, their way of resolving the problem is scrubbing any evidence of a glitch from their system and telling me, the customer, that I'm shit out of luck that their system is glitchy. That is NOT how you treat a customer, especially one shelling out extra money for overpriced convention exclusives.

All in all I can say I f***ing hate HasbroToyShop and Hasbro as a company. They f*ck up every single year. How can they not, being as big of a company as they are, hire people that actually can make a store work? Isn't it time to throw in the towel and just let someone like Amazon or BBTS handle their exclusives?

I had my first order in limbo and then the PayPal hold dropped off. Hasbro is still behind the times. But I am giving them another chance.....lord knows I gave Matty more than 1. Lol

I collect about 50% of the comic Legends that come out and usually all of the MCU Legends, and I pulled the trigger on the Red Skull, but still couldn’t bring myself to order the Defenders set. If it was the yellow shirt Luke or a hoodie I would have been tempted.

I think the exclusives just didn't sell that well. Usually these things sell out within minutes. Very sad that Hasbro decided to give some really lousy exclusives this year.

That Defenders Set just isn't moving. I am not sure what to make of Hasbro going forward. Sometimes they look to be moving in the right direction, then they make some lousy decisions such as Re-Releasing the Sentinel, except, now it's $100.

They say they have more 12 inch Legends coming, but did not show anything for almost a year. Just strangeness all over from that Company...considering the 15 inch Hulk was $55 and the Sentinel is $100. Some real issues here.

Missed out the first round especially the magic set but this second round even though it took an hour to get my order in I got it. Only got TF stuff since the Marvel stuff was so bleh....May have to HTS though just to confirm my order is ok...
