I believe 14 is a tire from a G.I. Joe vehicle. probably the Whirlwind anti-aircraft cannon/trailer or one of the other trailers from c. 1983.

part 15 looks very familiar but I haven't managed to place it.
{{edit: see Thor LP's post}}

#12 actually looks like the battery/power cord cover/door from the back of my old (c. 1979) Panasonic radio, except mine's black, and maybe longer (away from the tabs).

Nothing else rings any bells.

Heh. I almost didn’t answer thinking it couldn’t possibly be that simple if you already searched it on transformerland.

Think you’re right. Looks like it could go to any number of things—VAMP, ASP, that dumb portapotty that unfolds into a missile platform.

Definitely not VAMP, Whirlwind or ASP due their not have holes in the middle of their wheels.

Coastal Defender, not sure. Leaning towards no.

'could be Road Toad front wheel, but not sure what the scale is. I'm leaning towards no on that. Not sure without better comparison

Not the adder, either.

The Whirlwind's tires are held on with a metal bolt, if I recall; if the bolt were removed there'd be a hole.
But, point taken. Perhaps it's from the HAL trailer?

Tread pattern didn't look right for Whirlwind. I think the HAL's tires are one piece, no center hole, like the MMS. There's so many possibilities, without a better photo and some sense of scale, it's a tough one (again, still assuming its GI JOE).
